RARE AND EXCEPTIONAL, in the city center of La Bourboule, 2 minutes walk from the thermal baths, 5 minutes from a large leisure park for children (Fenestre park), 10 minutes by car from the slopes of Mont Dore, close to all shops, restaurants, the tourist office, the shuttle to Mont Dore, ski and hiking equipment rental companies and all amenities.

I suggest you rent a high-end apartment of 100 m², new condition, comfortable, classified "furnished with 4-star tourism", with unlimited landline and wifi, fully parqueted, on the 1st floor, with its private parking space and his ski locker, in a secure building with elevator.

He understands :
A very large living / dining room of 50 m² sunny all day, thanks to 3 large French doors. A 3/4 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a UHD flat screen TV, with its Blu ray DVD player and an 8-person table.

The "American" kitchen has lots of storage space and a large work surface, it is fully equipped with integrated appliances:

Très joli logement

Le logement est très agréable et très bien rénové, il est idéalement placé en plein centre avec place de parking privative… tout à proximité a pied et le manège juste en face pour les enfants 😊 Seul petit bémol, le ramassage des ordures ménagères tous les matins entre 5 et 6 heures… (période de vacances scolaires) Ce n’est peut-être pas comme ça tout l’année.

Appartement très spacieux, d’une propreté irréprochable. Au cœur de la Bourboule mais avec des chambres au calme. Équipements haut de gamme . Appartement conforme à la description. De nombreux rangements et parfaitement équipé. Décoration soignée. L’avantage du positionnement en centre ville à néanmoins quelques contraintes (bruit si fenêtres ouvertes le soir …) et nous n’avions pas anticipé ce point. Mais notre semaine se sera parfaitement déroulée et la région est superbe pour la rando et le VTT

Grand appartement, plein centre de La Bourboule. Les chambres sur l'arrière ( rue des frères Rozier ) sont plutôt calmes. Grande salle à manger-cuisine ( très bien équipée ) donnant sur le boulevard Clémenceau ( 1er étage ). Place de parking réservée. Plusieurs restaurants et commerces essentiels tout proches. Séjour ( deux semaines ) excellent. La personne chargée des interventions ( une panne de lave-linge réglée très rapidement ) efficace et sympathique.. La propriétaire est très attentive à la satisfaction de ses locataires.

Séduisant appartement en plein centre

appartement très bien placé dans le centre de La Bourboule avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Le logement est superbe et très bien aménagé; on se sent comme à la maison. La résidence est calme. Appartement très agréable, mais certaines choses à améliorer, à savoir : * pas de chauffage en arrivant : entièrement coupé. Il fait 5 degrés dehors * un seul produit ménage pour le sol. * Il faut tout prévoir ou acheter : liquide vaisselle, produits ménage, torchons .... * des odeurs désagréables dans les toilettes: pas de ventilation * un accueil froid et distant : ce n’est pas le propriétaire, donc personnel rémunéré certainement. Rapidité et aucun intérêt humain aux vacanciers qui arrivent

Vacances très agréables

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est grand et très agréable à vivre, propreté impeccable. Le seul point negatif a été la remise des clefs. Après avoir anticipé la veille sur notre heure d'arrivée, nous devions récupérer les clefs vers 14h 15h mais la porte nous a été ouverte que vers 17h30, d'autre part ce monsieur a été d'une grande mauvaise foi et aucune remise en question c'est bien dommage ! Heureusement que Patricia est une hôte agréable qui essaie d'arranger chaque situation comme elle peut. Encore merci à vous

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très lumineux et idéalement situé au centre de la Bourboule. L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé, adapté à l'accueil de jeunes enfants (chaise haute, lit parapluie avec matelas d'appoint), même si le confort de la literie adulte et du canapé ne permettent pas une détente optimale.
