Cottage isolated and fully restored (2014), retaining the original structure of the house. Surrounded by forests and wheat fields, it has fantastic views towards the mountains that surround it.
The house has a fenced pool (10m x 5m) with hammocks, a gazebo, a pergola with a large marble table and chairs, a built-in barbecue and a small porch at the back of the house where there is a ping-pong table and a table football.
4 km of unpaved road to access the house accessible with all types of vehicles.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen, 7 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
