Overall, we really enjoyed our stay — the hotel was nice and the room was bright and stylish. Still, there were a few small issues. The bathroom door was very squeaky, so we ended up leaving it open. The minibar door got stuck, and although I reported it to reception the same day, it wasn’t fixed until two days later. On the positive side, there’s a lovely little coffee shop right next to the hotel where we had delicious breakfasts, and a shopping mall just a 10-minute walk away.

The AC in our room didn’t work well — it was so hot we couldn’t sleep through the night. On top of that, the bed was very hard. The lobby and overall look of the room were nice, but comfort was a big letdown.

Good, rooms were spacious, access to taxis were easy, there's a mall within walking distance and access to the metro was also just a brief walk. The location of the hotel seems to be in the quiet part of town, which is good. Staff kept room neat and clean.
