Tres bien situé avec un garage pour nous motards. Quartier calme début juin. Piscine commune mais nous étions seuls à cette periode

Matelas ou l' on sent bien les ressorts Fuite douche au premier étage ce qui a entrainé un écoulement d'eau au plafond du rez de chaussée entre le salon et la cuisine (deuxième jour) nous avons prévenu l agence qui nous a dit que quelqu'un allait passer....aucunes nouvelles...nous avons du utiliser la minuscule salle de bain du rez de chaussée (ou nous avons fait la chasse aux blattes; avec une odeur d humidité)en rendant les clefs l'agence n'avait pas plus de nouvelles à nous donner. Nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial pour ce désagrément Le reste de la maison ,situation, calme, nous a bien convenu.

Minpunten: geen bespeelbaar tennisterrein zoals aangegeven in advertentie, een van de redenen waarvoor deze woning als verblijf werd uitgezocht Geen koffiezetter aanwezig Dubbelbed verschrikkelijk, slechte matras , matras groter dan onderstel, niet geschikt voor 2 volwassen personen Pluspunten: rustig , waarschijnlijk ook door de gekozen periode, winkels op loopafstand, personeel Solhome reageerde op meldingen, niet dat er voor alles een oplossen werd geboden

Der Gesamteindruck war sehr schön, es fehlten aber einige notwendige Sachen im Küchenbereich. Es gab keine Geschirr-Trockentücher, keine Kaffeemaschine (nur eine Senseo-Tab-Maschine). Keine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen ....

La maison est sympa mais l entretien général laisse à désirer . L'agence est serviable , à renvoyé une personne pour refaire le ménage mais la surprise c est quand nous avons voulu préparer le repas , assiettes et verres sales ....l agence m a dit que j aurais du les prévenir pour qu' ils envoient qq un faire la vaisselle. Il serait plus judicieux d être plus vigilants lors des départs. Vaisselle suffisante mais manque une poêle, une grande marmite et un balai en état. Un aspirateur serait un plus . Belle piscine en co propriété bien entretenue. Maison bien située. Literie pas terrible. Vacances sympas si on fermé les yeux sur les petits inconvénients cités.
