Beautiful privacy and comfortable layout for this villa with 3 bedrooms. This very pretty villa benefits from a recent and comfortable, simple and functional interior. It also benefits from beautiful exteriors, largely with lawns, and a lovely private swimming pool in a sunny position. You can also enjoy 2 covered terraces, one of which has a built-in barbecue.
Location and approximate distances: Urbanization: Las Tres Calas. Ametlla de Mar town center 5.5 km. Beach 4.5 km. Salou and Cambrils approx. 30 minutes drive.
