It is on the first floor with an elevator and has a terrace with outdoor furniture and sea side views, in addition to a multitude of community spaces such as a swimming pool for adults and kids, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, playground and a small supermarket. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a sofa bed for two guests in the living room. You will find a full bathroom with a bath, equipped kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, air conditioning, heating, smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment.
