This is a wonderful lodging facility. It's spacious, clean, and quiet. The location is just perfect, with only a ten (10) minute walk to Kyoto Station. I would stay here again!

It says 3 rooms in the Expedia page and only has two; and the room was not cleaned for our arrival. Also, the dryer took two cycles (4 hours and 3 hours) to leave the cloth not even dry. Besides that the spot is very nice looking.
