Staff: very friendly Room: very clean, but the room we chose the hallway was narrow, hard to have luggage there and walk in. But once you walk in, it’s spacious. Amenities: they have laundry onsite, the face wash, lotion, toothbrush everything you need is in front where the lobby is at. Location is good.

The best part was that it has its own laundry room. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went over and beyond to help us. We needed help with suitcase shopping. One of the staff member exactly told is where to go and we found some amazing deals in that store. The lobby had all the essential goodies like coffe/mouthwash/toiletries etc

Super spacious and exactly as pictured! There was a bunk bed along with a dining table with all the necessities to a kitchen. There were many convenience market options including 7/11 and family mart about 5min walk. Safe neighborhood and friendly staff. The hotel is about 10mins from the train station but it's in a pretty quiet and safe location. Would recommend 100% for people travelling with family and kids!

Large room size! Very close to Nijo castles. Close to a few of nice cafe and restaurant. The place is clean and staff are friendly. It’d be nice if there a toaster in the kitchen.

The room was perfect for us and our two adult children, who had their own bunks. The room was spacious and clean with a 7-11 and subway station very close. The staff was super kind and incredibly helpful while trying to ship our luggage to our next destination. Would absolutely stay here again.
