Great room, the area outside is abit of a walk to the kyoto station and dont go down the back streets because its housing areas and sometimes get haggled. The hotel is great though!

It is located near the central station and is easy to walk or taxi to restaurants. The beds are very comfy, rainfall shower to die for, and great seating area for takeout. Loved it!

Great location and great hotel!

Our stay at The M's was wonderful. It is very clean, has a terrific lobby and they supplied us with water daily. I think they need more washers and dryers to accommodate the size of the hotel.

The rooms were more spacious than other budget hotels in Japan that we have stayed at. I love the lounge area where there is coffee for Y100, a microwave and a hot/cold water dispenser. The staff were so helpful when we asked them to make a reservation for us at a dinner show since we cannot make local calls from our room phone.
