The Room & Amenities were great. We stayed for 23 Nights, & yet the Staff did not seem to know Us as people!We stayed at another Hotel in Osaka, The Meander, & They made Us feel like Family! The Lounge Area was difficult to relax in, with the racket coming from the Foosball Table! We would not recommend the Hotel to Our FRiends & Family!

First time visiting Kyoto and I was impressed by the lobby of this hotel. It gives modern hip vibes. It was also very walkable to the train and bus station so very easy for commute. The room was clean and I particularly liked the availability of bathroom amenities.

Only issue was the laundry was always busy. Was able to use the laundry on the last day though. Liked the large downstairs area. Staff was excellent and helpful. Great location near the train station. Found great restaurants nearby.
