Excellent facility! Amenities were great and the room was clean especially the bathroom! Super close to the train station so that’s a plus. Will definitely recommend and will plan on staying again!!!

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The staff and service are phenomenal. The rooms are very small. But,they have everything you'd expect from a 4/5 Star hotel. The location, right next to the train station, is perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Conveniently located across the street from the station but a busy corner it is. This can get loud at night since you can hear all through the windows. The walls were covered in brown drops throughout the entire bathroom and bedroom. The hotel will not let you change rooms after checkin. They will make you pay for another room all together.

The hotel is basic but very clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and the location relative to the train station outstanding. The only frustration upon arrival was that there are at least 4 hotels with the name "Daiwa Roynet" in very close proximity to the train station. We went to 3 different hotels before finally finding the correct hotel. Even a native speaking Japanese Uber driver was initially confused by this.

Smart hotel close to Kyoto station

Great location of this hotel - right next to Kyoto station. Room was quite small with very little storage but given we were out and about a lot of the time it didn’t matter. A bit of an impersonal greeting by the first receptionist who checked us in, but after that all the staff were very helpful. Coin operated laundry was a god-send too. Lovely shower and bathroom.
