This hotel is decrepit the rooms are small and shabby the hotel is dingy and dark the bathtub is scarred it's not a nice place. Also for people that cannot see it's a deathtrap because the front desk is located three steps down with no warning that there are steps Especially for people who come from a long distance away and are tired they're not expecting that the three steps down and I fell into this trap I went to the front desk I didn't see the steps and I fell and if I didn't reset my hand I would've knocked my head and probably kill myself or at least have a pep Rica No one said a word to me no one offered to help me nothing I was shocked about
Price and location is a big plus of this hotel. They have a decent breakfast as well. Do not expect modern furniture though, they still have everything Soviet inside. The room was clean and everyhting worked though.
Good location but horrible amenities. Lock on door broken, mold on the tile in the bathroom, holes in wall in the bathroom, strange smell permeated the whole entire fifth floor. I would not recommend
Was disappointed in junior suite, it has queen bed with small dbl bed comforter and large (brick) soviet pillows but mot disappointing was the rudeness of house keeping, when you first take room they offer 2 small bottles of drinking as is standard in most hotels in Ukraine,Europe and Russia since tap water is not safe to drink but all other hotels give 2 bottles everyday and at Kozatsky they give 2 bottles for your complete stay and refuse to give another on each day of your stay which is not that big of a deal but if late night you need to walk 1 kilometer on dark street to buy drinking water when housekeeping is to stingy to give a 9 cent bottle of water.
