The hotel services in general was adorable & amazing, the staff were great and very friendly with smiling faces, I loved the atmosphere in the hotel, food was great too, absolutely amazing I will definitely come back to this hotel next time. Thank you for all your hospitality

Clean , good lobby, good location, restaurants in hotel. Couldn’t go to restaurant for coffee or rest unless I ordered a big buffet. Receptionist and food room service staff kept asking for cash instead of putting expenses on room. It was very odd. After I insisted, they agreed to charge my credit card.

Very good hotel near Salmiyah. Great view and nice rooms Cons - Does not have vegetarian menu. No Indian food option.

Good Location

Half way to city and other parts of Kuwait. I recommend this area to stay in. accessible to the beach side walk which is acceptable in winter/spring seasons.

Good for a place to sleep

No hot water for a shower one morning, lack of power outlets (particularly near to the bed for charging phone/laptop etc). Inconsistent with housekeeping replacing towels, floor towel etc. Lack of control over the room temperature also.

Shame about the early check in fee

Such a shame! I enjoyed staying here several times through the summer. This time I arrived 3 hours early for check in. Rooms available but the manager insisted on 50% early check in fee, first time ever. Other staff wonderful and normally a good value hotel. will go back when the manager or the policy changes.

Good location by the coast

Wonderful staff, good restaurant and a good location for walking to the coast and beach. Junior Suite was good but missing slippers and TV wasn't great. Would certainly stay here again though!

"Ladies only swimming pool" not advised by hotels.

The second time I have stayed at the Costa Del Sol. Very nice room, great service and excellent breakfast choice. Last time the gym was not exactly up to standard, but they gave now relocated it and the equipment has been serviced and all in working order. One big disappointment is the swimming pool which is now reserved permanently for ladies only. This was not stated on hotels.com description and was very annoying. Please communicate this ridiculous rule so that no-one else is mislead.

I won't return

The hotel is undergoing renovation. They don't inform their guests of this. It's not known if the improvements will make the hotel worth staying but currently the condition is terrible. The bathtubs (no true shower) must have come from an old insane asylum- filthy and you need a handicap stool to get into them. The breakfast, even being free, is awful. I won't return.
