I really enjoyed staying here with my mum and my brother. The staff were lovely and the room was good for all 3 of us. It was also located really close to everything. The breakfast sometimes did change up. Just a heads up for anybody else staying with their family, the bathroom shower is frosted, however, you can see outlines from the bedroom. I recommend asking your family to sit at the table/outside when you are showering.

We had a good stay at Kuta Beach club Hotel but early morning of the 24th Feb our room got flooded, at 1.00 am the hotel staff knocked on our door and helped us move to another room which allowed us to pack up in a dry room as our departure wasn't till 10.00pm 24th Feb they gave us late checkout free of charge. The complimentary Breakfast was very good and staff were polite, helpful and apologetic for our inconvenience as they have always been at our regular stays at Kuta Beach Club Hotel.
