Due to its central location in the district of East, you can reach in no time numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants that invite you to stroll and linger. Shops for daily needs such as supermarkets (Netto and Edeka), pharmacies, banks or a drugstore are also just a few minutes walk from the property. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area. In just three minutes you are at the Molli-station Kühlungsborn East, where the bus station is located.    For the way to the fine sandy beach and the pier you need only 5 minutes on foot.
