You live in a lovingly furnished and practically cut 2-room apartment of about 57 square meters plus a covered terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor, the parking space directly in front of the door. The open-plan living and dining area is furnished with comfortable seating, radio and TV. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find u. a. Stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and dishes and glasses. The bedroom has a large double bed (180x200cm) with comfort mattresses and allergy-friendly duvets. The spacious bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, towel dryer and a washing machine. The apartment also has Internet / Wi-Fi and a small separate storage room. Arrive and feel good !!! Bed linen and towels can be rented for 15,00 € per person - please pre-order!

The Villa Strandbrise was rebuilt in 2006 and inspired the style of the resort architecture. It is quiet in the second row. All apartments have a parking space and balcony or terrace. Conditioned by the central location in the district East, you can reach in a short time many restaurants and shops. The fresh rolls for your breakfast you can get from one of the many bakeries in the area, a cafe is directly visavis the condominium. For the way to the fine sandy beach and the pier you need to walk along the "strolling" beach road only a few minutes. From there you can already enjoy the extravagant view over the sea and the harbor and decide whether you stay there, or walk east to the new marina or west enjoy the long beach promenade on the water. Both the redesigned Linden Park and the adjoining city forest are within walking distance of the surrounding area. In just 3 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn-Ost, where the bus station and the weekly market is located. A physiotherapy practice with pedicure is located in the immediate vicinity.   Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "MY BIKE BY THE SEA" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

Das Objekt ist super gelegen, mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem total ruhig. Wohnung super, Parken war einfach und die Räder konnten sicher untergestellt werden. Die Entfernung zum Strand war in5-7 Min. zu bewältigen. Gerne wieder

Gemütliche, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz. Alles schön sauber. Freundlicher Empfang in der Agentur. Einziges Minus ist die Terassenausrichtung nach Norden, ein wenig Abendsonne wäre schön gewesen.

Top Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, sie ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts in der Wohnung, sogar Fahrradkeller, Spiele und ein großes TV sind da. Das Bad ist angenehm groß und geräumig, mit einer Waschmaschine, genau richtig nach einem Strandtag. In der Küche kann man sehr gut arbeiten, alle denkbaren Arbeitsgeräte sind vorhanden. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der schnelle Einsatz der Eigentümer, wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert. In unserem Fall der Austausch der Matratzen. Einfach großartig!
