Jahreswechsel an der Ostsee

Schöne, gemütliche und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung. Kurze Wege zur Strandpromenade und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Problemlose An- und Abreise durch ausführliche Informationen von Seiten des Vermieters. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Es war eine tolle Woche in Kühlungsborn, wir konnten viel unternehmen, auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt.

Eine sehr schöne ruhig Wohnung in absoluter Toplage. Sehr gut ist die Nähe zum Strand als auch zu den nächsten Geschäften. Diese Wohnung ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt zum Wiederholungstäter.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Das Geschirr, die Töpfe, die Pfannen und das Besteck könnte aber mal ersetzt bzw. vor Anreise nach der Sauberkeit überprüft werden.

Geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger gut angebundener Lage in West

Wir hatten eine arbeitsreiche Woche, dafür war die Wohnung okay, sehr gutes schnelles Internet. Wir hatten uns auf die Terrasse gefreut, aber diese liegt in Richtung Nordwesten und die Hecke ist gewachsen, was für die Privat beim Sitzen ganz gut ist. Direkt daneben ist das nächste Haus. Die Grundstück Zufahrt wie abgebildet. Wir fanden die überdachte Fahrrad Abstellmöglichkeit gut. Und die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Ansonsten fanden wir die Wohnung etwas dunkel. Es ist im Sommer sicher sehr praktisch, dass es sicher sehr kühl bleibt. Für Frühling und Herbst war es für uns nicht ganz optimal.. der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell und der Check in flexibel dafür möchten wir uns nochmals herzlich bedanken.

Diese Ferienwohnung hat alles geboten, was man sich sonst wünscht. Alles funktionierte, selbst die Dusche.Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz.Da wir im winter vor Ort waren hätten wärmere Bettdecken gut getan, so könnte man auch noch Heizkosten sparen.

Aufenthalt Kühlungsborn!

Der Aufenthalt in Kühlungsborn war perfekt. Die Promenade und der Strand waren in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wäre schön, wenn eine Teekanne vorhanden gewesen wäre. Die Wohnung würden wir wieder buchen.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben 8 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kids (6,12). Die Wohnung war von der Größe her optimal, sehr gut ausgestattet und von der Lage zum Strand und zu den Restaurants perfekt gewesen. Es gibt für uns nichts zu bemängeln. Alles so, wie im Inserart beschrieben. Selbst ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr hilfreich, dann hat man nach dem Urlaub weniger Dreckwäsche. Der Parkplatz ist fast direkt vor der Terrasse. Die Schlüsselübergabe am Anreisetag hat auch wunderbar geklappt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Verbesserungswürdig

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt schon sehr schön. Leider haben wir in der Wohnung keinen Hinweis auf einen WLAN-Zugang gefunden. Das finde ich in der heutigen Zeit sehr bedauerlich. Weiterhin erreichten uns die angemeldeten Kurkarten nicht. Vor Ort in der Stadtverwaltung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Urlauber das von seinem Vermieter zugestellt bekommt. War nun leider auch nicht so. Das wäre unbedingt zu verbessern. Auch Matratzen sollten mal teilweise erneuert werden. Ansonsten ok.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Kühlungsborn. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und geräumig, hat - alles was man braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, Strand und Bars sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
