Our Baltic Sea apartment Möwe for two people is located on the first floor of the forest house in the back of our large garden plot, right on the city forest. The quiet south-facing balcony leads to the living / dining room. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, four-plate stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and plenty of dishes, so you can cook on holiday, if you have a lot of time and desire, from time to time. Flat screen and hi-fi system, wireless on request, are just as natural to the apartment equipment, as a nice bathroom with shower. The bedroom is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle and guarantees a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. You can park your car on the parking space belonging to the apartment directly on our property. Enjoy the sunshine the whole day on the quiet south balcony of Ferienwohnung Möwe. We wish a lot of relaxation right on the edge of the forest.

Süße kleine Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem zentral in Kühlungsborn-West. Der Strand, kleine Geschäfte, Supermärkte und das Riesenrad sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Toll war der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Bei Ankunft waren sogar schon die Betten bezogen! Toller Service!! Eine Spülmaschine gibt es nicht, aber die ist für zwei Personen auch nicht nötig. Das 1,40 m breite Bett steht im Schlafzimmer an der Wand, so dass man nur auf einer Seite raussteigen kann. Ein großer Schrank ist vorhanden. Die Dusche ist für ältere oder fülligere Personen schwierig zu benutzen, weil der Einstieg über Eck und recht hoch und eng ist. Das ist keine Kritik an der Wohnung, aber vielleicht für einige gut zu wissen. Sehr schön ist auch der kleine Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen zum Frühstücken mit Blick auf den Wald. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist eine Kindertagesstätte, in der von Montag bis Freitag ordentlich Betrieb ist :-) Für eine Person ist die Wohnung ideal, für zwei unter Umständen vielleicht ein bisschen klein. Die Buchung hat problemlos geklappt. Alle erforderlichen Infos wurden im Vorfeld zugeschickt. Auch der Pre-Check-in hat hervorragend funktioniert und wir haben uns bei Ankunft gut zurecht gefunden (auch ohne persönliche Anmeldung an der Rezeption, die nur vormittags besetzt ist). Alles in allem eine schöne, gepflegte Wohnanlage (sogar mit Fitnessraum) in toller Lage. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen!

Schöne erholsame Tage in ruhiger Umgebung

Sauberes und ruhigen Quartier und doch in 5 Min. mitten im Geschehen und zum Strand, auch wenn wir an der Rezeption nicht in der Liste gestanden haben, konnten wir problemlos sofort in das Quartier, das sehr kuschlige Bett sollten Sie in allen Beschreibungen auch Bemaßen, es war schön im Quartier und in Kühlungsborn

Feriendomizil mit Mängeln

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gut verwaltet. Waldrandlage traf zum Buchungszeitraum leider nicht zu, eine lärmende Baustelle und eine unfertige Tiefgarage waren die Realität. Der Vermieter hat eine Teilrückerstattung auf Anfrage gezahlt. Ein aktueller Vermerk auf der Homepage hätte den Ärger erspart. Kühlungsborn als Ferienort macht da vieles wett.
