Toller Kurzurlaub mit Hund

Die Unterkunft und Umgebung war sehr schön. Gerade mit Hund zu empfehlen. Zwei Kleinigkeiten waren nicht ganz so entspannt. 1. Ein und Ausparken in der Tiefgarage 2. Mir persönlich war die Bett Matratze zu hart.

Eine sehr gemütliche und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die alles für einen Aufenthalt bereithält. Die wohnung ist sehr sauber. Sie ist zentral gelegen und man ist somit schnell im Kühlungsborner Geschehen, aber trtzdem ruhig gelegen. Der Check-Inn ist sehr gut, auch wenn man während der Schließzeiten des Vermietungsservices ankommt, erhällt man über telefonischen Kontakt seinen Zugang zu den Schlüsseln. Auch der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin ist schnell und unkompliziert. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos, die Tiefgarage ist schon abenteuerlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hell. Die Ausstattung war angemessen, der Geruch neutral, was durchaus wichtig ist. Der Checkout lief trotz vorheriger Absprache leider komplizierter, sodass wir der etwas missgelaunten Servicekraft begegneten und uns mehr stressig als entspannt verabschieden konnten. Wir möchten dennoch eine Empfehlung aussprechen. Liebe Grüße.

Tolle Lage für Ausflüge und Flanieren

Mit wenigen Schritten ist man von dieser Fewo im Stadtwald oder auf der Flaniermeile der Strandstraße. Lebensmittelläden und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man auch die Strandpromenade und somit die Ostsee und die Seebrücke. Diese Wohnung hat eine Top Lage und ist uneingeschränkt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben auch in der hübsch eingerichteten Wohnung nichts vermisst und haben somit unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Alles prima mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und hat einen schönen Balkon. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt ok...die Küchenzeile ist allerdings winzig, Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck auf kleinstem Raum verstaut. Aschenbecher vom Vorgänger nicht ausgeleert, unterm Esstisch fanden wir ein Messer vom Vorgänger, der Mülleimer in der Küche war kaputt und es gab keinen einzigen Müllbeutel...alles nicht schlimm...aber daher keine Topbewertung. Auch war uns vorher nicht klar, dass die Tiefgarage Stapelplätze hat...mit einem größeren Auto also nicht nutzbar. Alles in allem würden wir wiederkommen, über die kleinen Mängel kann man hinwegsehen.

Beginnend mit einer sehr unkomplizierten und offenen Kommunikation fanden wir ein tolles, stilvolles und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement für ein paar tolle Tage in Kühlungsborn vor. Sehr zentral, aber doch ruhig mit einem kleinen Balkon in Richtung Wohnanlage; einfach nur top. Vielen lieben Dank dafür.
