You can relax in a beautifully decorated 2-room apartment of about 52 sqm, located on the second floor. The living room is equipped with kitchenette (2 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) sofa bed, stereo and TV. From here you can also access to the balcony facing south-east. The bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Bed linen and towels are for 15, - € per person rentable - please pre-order!Non smoking apartment! A parking space is available. 

The villa "Bernstein" was lovingly built in 1999 in the style of traditional resort architecture. The property is located in the district west of the beautiful Baltic resort Kühlungsborn near the stop of the historic train Molli. In the immediate vicinity are dining and shopping facilities. The fine sandy beach is about 700 m. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area.
  All apartments have a parking space and (except for Whg. 01) also has a balcony or terrace. Our guests have their own sauna for a fee. In the house is ebnefals a bicycle storage room. 
Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "MY BIKE BY THE SEA" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges und helles Apartment mit viel Platz und allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht (BernsteinWhg.-13 / 2. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl). Ein Balkon lädt ebenfalls zum Verweilen ein. Nummerierte PKW-Stellplätze sind hinterm Gebäude, dadurch bequemes Ein- und Ausladen möglich. Zufuß zum Strand sind‘s ca. 10 Minuten, und alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht, ist problemlos und schnell erreichbar. Küche mit guter Ausstattung (2 Platten Herd - Spülmaschine - Kühlschrank). Schönes, modernes Bad mit Dusche. Schnell regulierbare Heizungen mit guter Raumluftverteilung. Wir haben uns die Tage sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, alles vollstens zufriedenstellend.

Erholungsurlaub an der Ostsee

Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral in Kühlungsborn West, alles ist schnell und fußläufig erreichbar (Strand, Fahrradverleih etc.) Ansonsten ist der Ort auch gut verkehrsmäßig angebunden (Umgehungsstraße, Bundesstraße oder Autobahn). Das Haus Bernstein ist sehr schön hell konstruiert, so dass der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm ist. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung ist etwas schmal, dies ist aber auch nicht wesentlich schwerwiegend. 👍
