We came and the guard didn’t let us in, we waited for 4hrs and keep coming back and cannot reach the host as per the guard, we booked 1 night to another hotel and came back the next day and still can’t reach the owner, I called the Expedia and saying the host said we are no show… really? We spent money for booking and no show? Waited outside for many hours and that’s what we got? I need the money back!
