Whatever reason, unit was not available/close when we check-in. I called early morning for check-in process. He told me just on the lobby, not honest enough to tell me that the unit is not available.

My personal experience....

My check in approximately waited for 30 minutes.After checked in discover bathroom area already have leakage water from sink & also from lower part of WC.Located at 50 flr... then I was change to room 19-02.Better suite room but a lot of coackroach in pantry area. At nite while sleeping a coacroach crawling on the other bedded. The staff and security is friendly unfortunately cleanliness is priority.I checked out very early and will never turned back to this properties.

Diese Unterkunft gibt es gar nicht mehr, was ich erst vor Ort bei meiner Ankunft erfahren habe. Ich warte immer noch auf die Rückerstattung durch Hotels.com!!!!!!
