Good place but not the management

When I check in I can’t find the locker and nobody answer me after 40 minute I find when I check in I realized I have no light in the bedroom so I need to open the bathroom light and i want extend my stay so I contact the staff until now nobody answer me The Robertson it’s perfect nice area and I stAy therefor few month before so I book few apartments there and is good just with this management I don’t get the good one

洗手間去水渠長期發出臭味，就算戴咗口罩，仍然聞到很強烈味道，電視機不能操作，發訊息比酒店聯繫，完全無人回覆。訂房時，無資料顯示不會提供房間清潔，本人訂兩間房間，但其中一間房間，只是用膠板間隔，完全不能接受，總括而言，這是一次非常不愉快住宿體驗，就算免費，本人及家人也不會再訂呢間酒店。

服務人員態度極差的住宿

我一家三口住，訂房時說明有1張特大床及2張單人床，其中原來只是2張舖地下床墊，並沒有床架的，打電話子解，職員態度很差，不耐煩收了我缐。有選擇的話請不要選這間服務式住宿。
