The pool was amazing..it was huge although a bit more seating poolside would have been good. The apartment was big enough but as a 'self-catering' style accommodation it was poor. A fully functioning kitchen but we had to ask for cups to have a hot drink and after 4 days we got 2 glasses! There were also minimal utensils and little to encourage the use of the kitchen facilities. Bedding didn't fit the beds properly and the legs from the main bed were in a drawer in the kitchen! When we tried to attach them we realised they were absent as they were broken. The rooms were not serviced and we had to ask several times for more toilet roll. The apartment did look nice but on closer inspection there was paper hanging of the walls, plastic still left on some of the bathroom fittings and on arrival there was a kitchen sponge that was filthy and looked like it was only fit for the bin. There was also a constant unpleasant odour which we finally realised was from a waste pipe. Great location though as near to restaurants and central shopping area.

This property has short term and long term rentals. This is not a hotel, but an apartment style. Pool is great. You can't expect room service as any other hotel, you get great rooms, but dont expect any customer service. One of the associate was rude, may be a cultural difference. Property location was great, closure to many iconic places.

Negative Points: We stayed in the family room whereby the bunk beds were sited in a room that had no air condition unit. The aircon in the master bedroom was not cold even at 18 degree celcius, and we had to keep all bedroom doors open to let the cool air from living hall circulated in. Limited TV channels. Supposed to have 4 towels but only given 3. No blankets given for the bunk beds. We had to request for towel and blankets. Aircon controller not working and we had to request reception to replace its batteries. Carpark area for guests were not secured, meaning public could park as well. And we had to pay for the parking fees and got the rebursement of parking fees at the end of the stay. Parking was quite a hassle. Check in process was slow, too administrative, took 15mins. No instruction on how to connect to WiFi in the room until we went back to ask reception. Plus Points: Clean. Cafes were nearby. Entering the building was secured. Quiet.

Disappointed expected something nice

Terrible service, No bottled water, No tea and coffee, daily housekeeping what a joke made the bed changed the towels sometimes, smoked a cigarette by the window and left ash on the floor yuk. 46 story building only two lifts operating for staff and guests everytime long wait and crowded not an enjoyable stay sorry

En revanche, dans la cuisine,les placards sont vides, la vaisselle inexistante( même pas un verre) canapé taché à de multiples endroits. Dommage ! confirmation de la réservation par mail ou tel impossible malgré plusieurs tentatives, mais à l'arrivée, check-in au comptoir d'accueil sans problème.

Nära till allt uteliv. Stor pool finns och det är ett trevligt lägenhetshotell. Kök finns men inte så mycket glas och bestick dock. Det saknas restaurang på detta boende. Har bott här flera gånger och lär återkomma för jag trivs bra här. Incheckningen tar tid och dom har inte riktigt ordning på papper och bokningarna. Snurrigt är bara förnamnet. :O Men annars är dom hjälpsamma. Området är bevakat av vakter och man kommer inte in på området om man inte har keycard och det är kanon! ...

Terrible and poor service!

Check in was bad! They couldn’t find our booking details and we were waiting at the lobby for closed to 20mins. When we finally gotten into the room, not enough towels so we called for housekeeping to bring to us, their ridiculous reply: you have to wait till next day 9am which we did not see the towels till we check out after 2 nights!

New residence. New apartments. Sopacious for 2+1 famlity. Very nice pool, big. View is nice. The surrounding area is clean. Area is close to everything. Stuff are responsive. This I didn’t like is: the rooms cleaning service is poor, they are not cleaning properly, only changing the towels and bed sheets. For 3 days they didn’t provide bottled water. Internet is little slow. The kitchen is not well equipped, it lacks equipments for cooking.
