This was my go to hotel for nearly 15 years, and naturally myself and my company spent hundreds of thousands of pounds over the years. Unfortunately the few visits have clearly shown the standards of the hotel and level of service previously experienced has changed dramatically for the worst. The hotel changes staff constantly and it's very difficult to build any rapport. For this reason, I have now opted to use other hotels in KL and advised my colleagues to do the same. It's a big shame and very sad but unfortunately Impiana is just not what it used to be. Thanks for the memories and good luck for the future.

Great location with the main attraction, KL Twin Towers insight and just a short walk away to shops & restaurants and monorail transport. Rooms at the back of the hotel have no views, so request or upgrade to an east facing room.

Reception and Concierge staff are very helpful and friendly. The staff in the restaurant and chefs didn’t have a customer service. The head chef in the kitchen were very discriminating. I had experienced it for the first 2days we were there and told my husband and he was furious then the third day he witnessed it himself, this chef was rude to the other guests and my husband said to the chef that is that how he treat a guest. The chef apologised but this should not happen. I understand that it gets busy but no matter what you must still treat guests with respect and just a simple smile will go a long way.
