The staff was very polite, honest, and in general great. The facilites of the hotel i.e., the pool, gym, and the hotel rooms were run down and needed a deep cleaning. They also did not have any deck chairs at the pool and everything needed to be power washed. It was OK but there is better value in that area if you take a step of the main street. It will also be easier to sleep due to street noise.

Every thing was bad except location. Never stay again. 3 different staff worked for checking us in. Our confirmation was OK by Orbitz. They waited us almost 30 mins and they did nothing at this time. They were rude. Asked the same basic questions 3 times and still could not succeed checking us in. They could not find the confirmation number even I show the number by finger. They do not know where to look to read the Name on my passport. Staff do not know how to do their job. Smells smoke in the room (it was on non-smoking floor). Very noisy even at late night. Sheets were not clean. Water drops from the closet. Bathroom was always wet.

I'm all about saving a bit of money but this hotel was the worst i've stayed at. Smelled really really bad. Had to get a new shower curtain cause it was covered in mould. To be fair, the staff changed the curtain right away. There was a disgusting leak so that a huge portion of the carpet was always soaking wet. It was sick.

Good Location, Bad cleanliness, the bed sheet and cover not clear at all. breakfast havnt try yet..still ok of the value

At first I was given a room with twin bed as they say they do not have queen size bed, the found cockroach in the room, but indeed Radius upgrade me to deluxe room, but very poor housekeeping htat my room is not cleaned properly and the very last night 11/11/11 I stay that I heard very big noise of slamming door and I complain to reception but they do nothing to it.I really disappointed in staying at radius hotel., hope they can improve the service and renovate the rooms.
