i spend the night with my wife and my son 1 years old. i arrive at 1 am saturday night. arround hotel so loud with the music cafe and people if i travel without my wife and my son i realy love this person. i can hangout in any place. in lobby hotel the security are helping me to take my two big bag. the escalator was turn off , this difficult to me when i use my stroller. the room so clean as well, we dont breakfast in hotel but i find in arround hotel and we surprised we found nasi uduk indonesia with seller indoesian cilacap haha. to get alor st,petaling st, MyDin MArt i use grab taxi online just 8 RM its so cheap. from hear to KL SENTRAL to get the airport Just RM 38. FYI: you can swim in the pool FREE

Located at a vey good place. Front office staff is very friendly. Room service also good. But, entire hotel to be renovated . bcz sometimes bad smell is coming out . waste lines are blocked in the toilet. B'fast is not so good. routing menu is available every day.

I personally have no idea why would my company choose this place. Really noisy because of course the hotel is facing the bars. Bed sheet, pillow and the rug are gross! Smelly and has yellow stains everywhere, i have no idea what the hell is that. The rug, sofa and chairs in every area are dusty, Never in my life I went to any hotel and caused me a horrible allergic reaction every day and night. Don’t bother come or even consider this place if you seek somewhere peaceful and proper. You can get better option with the cost they have offer.

This is good hotel, near tonevery things can atract tourests. Friendly staff. Wifi is good, and you can park your car for free in hotel parking. This hotel locaeted in heart of KUALA LUMPUR. room are ok, old TV in rooms. Also the room not small. For the money you pay, it worth it.

This hotel is cozy, the wifi is strong, staffs are friendly, having good breakfast. and the important thing is this hotel super center, i just walk two blocks from here to BUKIT BINTANG. And because malaysia having a free bus so i can take the bus to around kuala lumpur. i recommend this hotel if you guys visit malaysia. there's a lot of bars next to this hotel.

hotel Soleil located city centre .,Its pretty rundown for a 3 star rating hotel. An old building with old fittings and fixtures in the rooms. They have great view though. we could see KL tower from our room. The staff are pretty friendly as well. There are no wifi in the rooms. The breakfast is very basic and if you are looking to be close to shopping and night life. Its a in a street filled with BARS So it gets very noisy on most days. Loud music from the nearby pubs go on till very late so definitely reconsider if you are travelling with kids.

I fully understand the hotel is too old. But atleast you have friendly staff. I cant forget the name of the security Kurpal.... your duty manager indian lady a bit petite. Before she aproach me as being your guest why i seat @ the stairs instead checking out from me if im ok. Pitty this company that those people need them to hire to spoiled your company. Being security guard should be familiarized those inhouse guest. Not treat the guest like outsider😠. They call DUTY MANAGER where is your proffesionalism the way you talk to the guest. Make straight forward i am guest... i pay.... and your salary is from guest payment. RESPECT YOUR GUEST not all your guest can be addopt the rudeness of you all. Never and never come back this hotel anymore. Not even suggest i wont do that!

There is no wifi. All furnitures are obsolete. Tv on room looks like life in 90’s, not flat/smart tv. Breakfast is not good. Totally is absolutely suck!! Not recommended. It might be your worst nightmare if you stay in this hotel. Once again this is absolutely suck!!!

Over the past 10 years I have returned to (formerly The Radiant) hotel Soleil but each time the hotel has looked less & less well maintained. Staff advise the hotel is under maintenance but there is no evidence of this. Starting from the lobby- the two escalators have not been in operation for at least 3 years ...possibly longer. The area smells of stale odours & there’s lots of dust & dirt in the corner where walls meet floors. Going up ... possibly not! The lifts shudder & shake ... they didn't use to. They do not feel 100% Floors 5, 12 & 13 (I saw this time) - very grubby, torn, damaged corridor carpeting & grimy walls. Some elevator rubbish bins were overloaded & stinking. The rooms (1228 & 1325 I did see) are disappointingly shabby. The bathrooms are a disgrace! I do not believe rm 1228 is deluxe so we moved to a marginaly better rm 1325. 1325 had an arm chair, in room safe (not affixed to anything!) & wifi - 1228 had none of these. If you pick this place for the pool ... just remember you can't sleep beside the pool! There is no cable tv at all! This place is no longer worth staying in even at the cheap Agoda price's going downhill fast & I doubt the fall will stop now. Such a pity! The hotel advertises each room's facilities. However, upon asking reception staff about the lack of/missing things (apart from the bugs) they just say the internet is incorrect! Misadvertised, mis-sold, overpriced. Pictures Dirty a/c manifold Big old useless tv - no cable tv here! Non-secure "safe" Bug (not advertised but they are free with each bathroom)

Actual was not what it's been shown. It's deceiving. Escalators not allowed to use, no one assist for luggage. Room was very rundown, they do not provide floor mat, hand towels. No shower amenities in the room. No safe in room, TV was from 70s and signal was very bad. Door was not installed with double lock only latch. Feeling of insecurity! Got bitten by some insects. Not worth a stay at all, early departure and asked for refund, then I was told they can do free upgrade. Offer declined. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY IN THIS HORRIBLE PROPERTY!
