Did this reservation to celebrate my husband's birthday and request for a twin tower view room. We had a very good deal from them. Upon check in on 14/4, I was told that the room that i requested was still not ready and the front desk offered a complimentary upgrading to a deluxe room which is very big and spacious. The room was huge, clean and with city view. They arranged a surprise complimentary birthday cake and a box of choc for my husband which he was very happy indeed. The location was not to mentioned, its just a few steps away from KLCC as well as easy access to KLCC LRT station. The ambiance of the check in lobby at Sky Bridge level 39 was superb ! With the KLCC Twin tower view, it may the check in lobby different from other hotel in KL. The hotel have a good friendly and hospitality staff that welcomes us. Thank you for the great services given by Grand Hyatt Hotel, KL Definitely me and my husband will visit you again.
It was great experience with Hyatt. Some little area could be better.. but great service staff. Shout out to Alli for helping us at the last minute. And wang ting for genuinely trying to help us to get the rooms we wanted.
Superb service standard second to none. Room ambience is very relaxing and come with amazing view of petronas twin towers.Breakfast spread is aplenty and spoilt for choice. Its my choice hotel when in Kuala Lumpur
Super nice room with the bed facing the window (my fave), located just across the KLCC Park and Petronas Tower, and very comfortable. Food was great too. I think this hotel fits the old adage of "you get what you paid for" comfortably.
A totally wonderful experience that will be hard to match. Staff were very courteous and helpful; the room clean and extremely well designed. My only issue was having to go to the 39th floor to get to the reception
Our original booking with another supplier went horribly wrong, returning to the Grand Hyatt KL made our short trip the best possible. Service in particular was absolutely fantastic, with all the trimmings. Thanks Bob
Attended a company dinner at the ballroom. The air conditioning in the foyer and ballroom seems not fully function. Not cold at all and imaging most are wearing coat due to official dinner with lot so people and free flow of alcohol. Need serious checking in the air conditioning. Service wise are ok and most of the waiter/ waitress are school student. A bit inexperienced, food wise is so so and nothing to shout about.
Been staying there every time I visit KL. Staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. Facilities were fabulous too - nice pool area to relax in, big and well-equipped gym. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Centralised location to Pavilion and Suria KLCC. It is not cheap, but definitely worth it. Would definitely stay there again.
Stayed here for convention and was such easy access. The staff was always friendly and breakfast was one of best I have ever had at a hotel. The only strange issues is set up, you have to always go to top floor then down to ground or down to your room.
Pros: Nice room, quiet area, friendly professional staff. Cons: Poor TV entertainment, poor atmosphere/entertainment areas/bars/poor logistic of rooms. The worst thing about this hotel, is that you have to 37 floors to check into a sky lobby and then get into another left and travel down to where your room is. The restaurant and bar have very poor atmosphere and entertainment. Television was bad quality and didn't even have the US Masters golf available. The staff were very friendly/good english. Rooms nice and hotel quiet but very much no atmosphere.
