Lifts were an issue as we had to wait at least 4nto 5 mins for a lift to go down and tge pool area on level 51 was beautiful but packed at all times and the water was a litle cloudy. Overall a good stay but just need a little management improvements

Don't expect luxury service

Beautiful room but service was horrible. Meant to be luxury hotel but no one offered to take our bags, room service was cash only (?!), they demand a room inspection before you leave even though you put down a deposit. Hotel lobby was chaos and doesn't give the atmosphere of 5 stars, the lifts are really slow.
