This stay was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
The listing shows two pools and prominently features the rooftop pool photo, which gives the impression that full rooftop access is included in the stay. On arrival, access to the rooftop pool and gym on Level 48 required an extra fee of 25 ringgit per use, which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking flow. Only the Level 8 pool is actually free, and the host repeatedly insisted that any extra charges were “building charges” and not their responsibility, rather than taking ownership for how the property is advertised.
There was also confusion about the check‑in time: I received automated information showing 8:00 AM, while the property claims the official check‑in is 3:00 PM. Instead of proactively fixing this and clearly updating policies on the platforms they manage, the host pushed the responsibility back to the booking site and asked me to contact them. When I reasonably requested that the property cover rooftop access costs (or offer a partial refund equivalent to those costs) since the listing was misleading, the host refused and suggested I simply check out within 15–20 minutes and claim a refund.
Communication from the host was frustrating and unhelpful throughout the stay. I repeatedly asked for a phone call to “discuss it in a good way” and tried to find a fair solution that worked for both sides, but my calls went unanswered multiple times. When the booking platform tried
