Well-priced hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby with outdoor dining, or at nearby nu Sentral mall. An 8-minute walk to trains or buses to the Airport. KL Sentral rail station is a hub for most Light Rail lines.

Double M Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Hotel Double M is located in a busy street in Kuala Lumpur which is not accessible for the handicapped people if they want to got dropped off by a taxi or Mini Van in front of the hotel. The rooms are tiny, no windows and don’t have a sitting chair. Also, no refrigerator in the room and the safe wasn’t functional at the time of arrival. The TV has only 4 working channels and if you don’t speak Malaysian language or not a fan of Al Jezira, have no other choice. They don’t have a restaurant or coffee shop inside the hotel and not providing the breakfast for their gusts. Overall, I think the rating of this hotel is not exceeding than a 2 Star Hotel.

Easy access, walking distance to KL Sentral and Nu Sentral. Would be great if the management could check on the condition of the room especially the eye-sore spill stains on the wall and the broken water heater shower knob/faucet. A more comfortable and pleasant sleep if pillow and pillowcase are without the musty smell. Otherwise, all good for the price.

a good stay for solo traveller, close to nu sentral bout 4-5 mins walk sound proof not so much u can clearly hear ppl talking, vehicles on the street but good location, centre of KL so it is worth the price

Close to KL Sentral, comfortable for one

Close to KL and nu Sentral with many transportation and food options. Quite clean. Comfortable for one. It is small like everyone said but for this price, it’s a good deal.

Worst hotel stay in KL

The place was very bad, with the customer service, served by the indian staff, very rude and frustrated with us. Thereafter, the interior of the room was very run down, and when we put our luggages, we saw a cockroach on the chair, which we had to remove it ourselves. The bedsheet and linen was stained with yellow spots. The bathroom was very dirty, and only provided 1 small bottle of shampoo and body wash each, seemingly taken from another hotel. The entire experience was very bad and would not recommend it to anyone. The price is also not worth the stay and would not book from this place again.
