Great healthy options for breakfast with a nice room modern clean room. The happy hour has a live violinist playing daily so I recommend checking out the downstairs restaurant.

Fourth time staying at this hotel. This time stayed in their club room, which felt kind of the same with exception of some perks like daily laundry for 3 items before 10 am if you want to get back within the same day, Cocktails and sandwiches from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm daily. Also, the room was on the 21st floor this time, compared to the 5th floor the last time. Nice breakfast buffet on level 1, the international portion was a bit lacklustre, and the pastry was also not as much as before. Location is great as it is near an MRT station and also walking distance to the Garden and Mid Valley Mall with lots of shopping choices and food options. ECO City is nearby, and you can get loads of coffee options. The room was cleaned very well, and towels are changed daily, which is good. Staff are very polite, even the security at the door are exceptionally nice. Will syay here again if in KL.

Surprisingly pleasant

It was my first time in KL and I wanted to stay close to Midvalley Megamall, this couldn't have been a better choice! The hospitality is great and the people at the check-in counter were extremely accommodating. Breakfast had several choices and was very good for the price, I was really confused to see a lot of negative reviews on breakfast. All in all I would definitely consider staying here again!

very comfortable stay and very convenient location. staff were excellent and very accommodating. one thing I would mention is that I felt the air-conditioned in the room could have been colder and the towels provided bigger. We stayed 6 nights and was very happy. would happily stay here again and would recommend to others.
