Awful experience. Avoid this hotel, unless you’re a fan of noise, drain smells in the rooms, screaming classes of teenagers banging your door and running around the hotel to 2am every night - and staff that don’t care. An awful experience and really let down our experience of Krakow. On a positive note, avoid the hotel breakfast and eat at Tociekawa Cafe, just down the road from this hotel. In fact just avoid the hotel altogether and go to Tociekawa.

Great hotel, room was clean and comfortable and we had the added bonus of a balcony. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast once in the hotel due to early trips etc but the food was fresh, variety great and value for money. No complaints regarding WiFi and air conditioning bothered welcome and worked well.

Hotel is in old historical building and this add the charm to it. On the other hand rooms are modern and well maintained. Normally in old building they are no elevators but in this one there is and that is why i decided to stay and l was not disappointed. l recommend this place, also rooms has AC, tryit you wont regret

Great little hotel

Pros: Good location - 10-15mins walk from main square Really friendly, welcoming, helpful staff Clean, comfortable rooms Good air con, WiFi, fridge in room, hairdryer in bathroom and ironing facilities available Good buffet breakfast (staff boxed up pastries and fruit for us to take away when we had an early start for an excursion) Cons: (Very minor and certainly didn't spoil our stay) Tram runs outside the hotel. Didn't bother us at all but might if you are a light sleeper Not a huge amount of storage space or hangers for clothes - a single wardrobe with shelf and no drawers

All i can say bad about this hotel was that we was road side of the hotel 4th floor with the trams going past! but the hotel did supplied ear plugs in the room for you that did work!

The reception service from Konrad was excellent and he was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a good stay at the Lavender Hotel

Very reasonably priced accommodation and a 10 minute walk to the old town. Rooms clean and tidy, comfortable bed and a good shower. Lots to like about this place. Only minor negatives, no draws for keeping clothes in, only a wardrobe & if you are a light sleeper the trams on the road outside may wake you, but it did not effect our stay.

Great place to stay

Our stay was great, really comfortable and good location. Only slight niggle Had kettle in the room but only 2 tea bags and some sugar, no coffee or milk/creamer. Staff all really friendly would recommend.

60th friends celebration

Really enjoyed our stay for 4 nights, staff were helpful and looked after our suitcases on our last day. Nice little cafe/bar there. We didn’t have the breakfast but the room and terrace looked welcoming. Perfect location for the main square.

We just returned from a 5 night stay at Hotel Lavendar. We had two premium double rooms, both of which were spacious. The bathroom was a good size and modern, with good water pressure. Towels were changed everyday. The bed consists of two single mattresses pushed together which is fine for us. Originally only had one pillow each but we asked reception for an extra one each and they happily sorted this for us. Kettle in room with tea bags and coffee. No milk provided though so this will need to be purchased from a shop if wanted. Safe also provided in room. Radiators are also able to be turned down which is a bonus. We had breakfast included and the offering was ample. Continental and some hot food choices. (Bacon, scrambled egg and sausage). Staff were helpful, and property is a good location for old town (approx 10/15 minute walk). For the money you can not fault it.
