Stayed on a B&B package. Room was small and bathroom was cramped. Flimsy furnishings and fittings. Felt like rooms were prefabricated and installed - cookie cutter type. Breakfast was poor. Service was generic. Driver had come to pick us up and I had requested reception to let us know when he arrived. Didn't inform us and driver had been waiting for 10 minutes. Pool is small and poolside bar does not allow smoking. On the last day, we had to leave at 5 a.m. to fly out and had requested a packed breakfast. Breakfast was cold fried egg on slices of bread with banana on the side - bleh!
Rooms are clean, washrooms are good, the whole place seems a bit small and cookie cutter for our liking, we spent 2 nights here and hand no complaints except for the poor breakfast The place seemed too package deal kind of place of you know what I mean But if u do visit krabi, do take the boat tours and they make up for the shortcomings of the hotel
Went on 6 April 2017 to 9 April 2017. Booked a family room for 4 people. Had pre-arranged airport transfer (van) for 4 people at 600 THB and the van was brand new. Spacious and luxurious. Upon check in, the staff are very friendly and will do their very best to accommodate you. In the room, there are even umbrellas prepared for you to bring out. Universal adaptors were loaned to us. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options for us to choose from. The resort takes a maximum of 10 mins walk to Ao Nang Beach, with shops lined along the street. The resort is at such a prime location there is a supermarket nearby, numerous 7-11 and FamilyMart, restaurants, bars and shops selling different varieties of clothes, bags and goods. Hotel WiFi is strong unlike what I have read online earlier. Perhaps there were some upgrading by the hotel staff? Quiet and laid back environment which is definitely suitable for couples, families and even solo travellers. Room is also big so no fear of small cramped rooms. Staff are easily contactable via LINE (phone application) and they helped to make my room upon request via LINE even though I had left the hotel already. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Krabi. Thanks to all staff and the resort for making my stay such an enjoyable one.
This is a very beautiful and nice resort. The breakfast is awesome! Not much choices but every dish is very good! Nearby is mostly restaurants and massage. Although this resort is not near to the beach, we need to take a taxi about 5mins to the beach street. The staffs are very friendly to us too.
We stayed at Cliff view deluxe room which facing the open field and stunning cliff view. The hotel location is at the inner part of busy Ao Nang street thus our stay throughout is peaceful and relaxing. The pool is facing the cliff so u can have a relaxing time by the pool though it is not a big pool. Our room is spacious, condition is good equipped with all the basic amenities. Staffs are helpful and friendly. One thing to note is the room floor is quite slipply (maybe is the material of the tile) so have to take extra caution if it is wet. The welcome drink has nothing to shout out. Breakfast is suffices and not too crowded. Overall we love our stay here and the hotel location. We will come back again next time :)
We stayed at this resort for 4 nights and had a lovely stay. The room was nicely decorated and very clean - I saw some reviews mentioned things like insects, but we had no problems with that at all beyond an occasional mosquito making it through the door when we opened it. I thought the staff did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy and well stocked, and our room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was a little hard, but that seemed to be the norm in Thailand given that we had the same issue at other hotels we stayed at. The location was great - a 10 minute walk from Ao Nang beach, and the walk there was filled with restaurants, convenience stores, bars, etc. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff was also very helpful in setting up taxis to the Tiger Cave Temple and the airport, as well as getting us connected with a Phi Phi island tour. We felt like they took great care of us. The breakfast was also good, it was a variety of eastern foods and breads every morning (not always the same stuff, either) and you could order eggs too if you prefer. We had laundry done, too, and it came back quickly and smelled and looked great! Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here. We had a great time!
I can't recommend this lovely resort highly enough we had a wonderful stay. My husband had recently had a knee replacement operation so was on crutches & needed help, all of the staff went above & beyond their duties to help us, I would not have had such a good time without them & I thank them from the bottom of my heart. We had a cliff facing room spacious & quite contemporary, immaculately clean, comfy beds, nice toiletries & tea & coffee making facilities. The resort is set back from a major road which offers everything within just a few metres walk. 10 minute stroll to the beach. As far as the beach goes this was the most disappointing thing, there are no sun beds, chairs parasols or anything at all on the beach, you have to lie on your towel with no shade. Terrible, really do not understand why there are no facilities. The resort is a little bit 'up market' the girlie bars usually associated with Thailand are very low key. There are some fabulous al a carte restaurants but also some excellent local ones too, something for all budgets.
This resort is in heart of Aonang Street & next to Bombay Palace Restaurant and close to market. Resort depicts luxurious one room studio rooms with attached bathroom. Rooms are really huge and neatly maintained. Aonang paradise resort is a jewel for honeymooners, you can relax at pool side, sip in some exclusive cocktails at very reasonable prices and also enjoy happy hours during day time. On another side of the resort is pizzeria. Breakfast here is Mainly Thai and other day to day eatables. You Can request for vegetarians noodles, sandwiches and veg rice. It is a wonderful property but thing I liked the least is lizard which were in my room but i complained at reception and immediately problem was resolved.
My boyfriend and I spent four nights at this resort. We both loved it. It seemed to be one of the nicest resorts on the major street. We primarily considered price and location when choosing to stay here so the important thing is to have accurate expectations for the price point. At just about $70/night in peak season with a nice included breakfast, we knew we were not expecting a 5 star hotel in America. For this price, it was pretty amazing. The whole property feels very private and is very well kept. The pool area is great and had a lovely view of limestone cliffs. Happy hour at the pool bar lasts practically all day and is bogo drinks for about $5 USD. Its about a 15 min walk to the beach where you can take a $3 USD long tail boat to Railay which would be about double the cost to stay. The staff is very nice and helpful. You can check out beach towels at reception. Yes, the bed is pretty firm but I sure had no problem sleeping. I don't think the wifi ever really worked THAT well but we had traveller SIM cards that came with free 4G for a week so that didn't matter to us. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed in the hotel in the month of February and had to change two rooms since the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Staff is not at all cooperative. Wifi is very poor. Very bad experience overall. I don't think will ever visit here again.
