This resort has the structure and ambiance of a 4 star resort but is unfortunately run like a 3 star resort. We were pretty surprised that the staff at the hotel weren't very nice, especially compared to other Thailand hotels. Housekeeping never came (we stayed 4 nights) and we always had to call around 5pm to request they come to our room. They offer free shuttles to Ao Nang and Railay Beach but space is limited and every time we tried to sign up (several hours in advance) they told us it was fully booked already. The pool doesn't serve alcohol and every time we came we struggled to find a place to sit. It also took us about 10 minutes of walking to get from the room to the pool. You can ask for a ride from the lobby but it's often a 10-15 min wait. All in all, we were a bit disappointed with our stay.

This property is absolutely amazing. It is extremely beautiful. It is not beachfront, but it is lagoon front. You have the villas right over the lagoon. It’s nice and quiet and then you can take an easy four dollar bolt ride and be at the ocean. Where it is hustle and bustle, and then you can leave the hustle and bustle and come back to quiet.

We had a great stay. It is beautiful and everyone was very friendly. The location is about 5 minutes from the pier. They help with transport but only have specific times for different free transport to railey and the night market. If we get the chance to come back to krabi we will book here. We booked beginning of December and had minimal issues with mosquitos or bugs. Again it was a wonderful stay and experience.

I have travelled all over the world and this was my FAVOURITE place I have ever stayed! The jacuzzi villa was amazing and we had amazing views with monkeys, water monitors etc. the food was 10/10, staff were kind. Everything was excellent and so relaxing. Was sad to leave.

The hotel was nice. What you’d expect for the price you pay. The rooms were an ok size, we had an outside bathroom which was quite a novelty that the kids loved. The swimming pool was amazing! Huge pool which my kids (5, 3, 1) loved. Breakfast was limited. As vegetarians there wasn’t many options, mainly pastry’s or eggs. The location was peaceful, but a bit far from anything. If we were to stay again we’d need a car just to get around

Beautiful tranquil place surrounded by luscious trees and water canals, spacious water villas with great comfortable beds and super clean sheets and towels. Very friendly staff especially at the reception: Forest, Yuyah, Guchi Tam, Dapa, Som-o, Mim, Davord we incredibly helpful and polite. We have prolonged our stay by one more day/ 5 nights and are grateful for all the hospitality and support we have received. Including a doctor’s. If you like a quite place and don’t want to be disturbed then this place is an ideal spot for you.

Staff lovely and friendly. Accommodation is very unique and tranquil. Used the free transfer to go to Railay beach which was very convenient. Hired motorbikes from hotel and only it took 15 mins to Aonang beach where there were many shops and places to eat. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.
