I totally understand that staff is nowhere near responsible for this, as they were always friendly and supportive. Our room didn’t have hot water, the AC was extremely loud and the music from the hall a few floors downstairs made the whole room vibrate (they informed us there was a gathering from 6-10 pm so at least that was nice).

Location was good and plenty of shops around the area. Not able to get Grabcar to pick up there as there are local tuktuks around. Room seem a little old. Aircon was weak and the balcony door doesn't close properly.

Everything was good except for water pressure

Hotel is in a good location within walking distance of Ao Nang night market, Main Street shops. King bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast options were good. Shower & tap pressure could be improved. Swimming pools were clean. Room service excellent. Checkin/Checkout efficient. I would stay at this Hotel again.

Our stay was bitter sweet. The room is spacious, pretty comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. but the bathroom is outdated and could really be renovated. It gave the feeling that it wasn’t super clean, (everything is rusted) even the soap and shampoo dispenser was rusted. One night out of nowhere at 11pm we were woken up by the sink’s pipe who exploded and our entire bathroom was flooded. They were very responsive and fixed it quickly but no excuses or comments were made regarding the incident. It would’ve been nice that they made a small gesture or at least aknowledge that this was not a fun situation to be in and apologize! Instead they acted like it was normal which really annoyed us. Other than that the location is good, walkable to all the main points. But I wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend that hotel to anyone I know.

Very well located. We were about a 10 minute walk to the beach in either direction and maybe 15 to the night market. Everything you need is walking distance. Rooms are clean and new with a nice pool if you want a chill day. All around great stay and would come back.

Great stay in Ao Nang (breakfast 5*!)

Nice hotel, with pool, excellent breakfast and dining options. Room (opposite the main building) nice, very spacious, clean, all functional, wifi worked fine too. Location allows for a quiet sleep, but is also just a short walk from Noppharat Thara beach and Ao Nang beach/shopping/dining.

Property is very nice and it at a convenient location to walk to the city center and there was a 7eleven and various dining options nearby. The staff was very nice and polite. The breakfast was very nice and had variety of option raging from western to local breakfast, and it was good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the pool and the slide, but it seemed very nice. Our room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. The only issues were that the water from the shower wasn't heating, but they sent someone right away and they fixed it. And we had to stay one more night and we spoke to front desk and reserved it online again, however we were moved to another room that was a little worse than the previous one and a little inconvenient.

A disappointing experience. Took a suite with jacuzzi. Thought it might be nice. shower head plugged, dismal buffet with many empty dishes 2 hours before the breakfast was over. Thai omelet was nothing more than plain eggs. Air conditioning was inadequate for the size of the suite and of course it turns off when you leave the room. The tap water is brown. At no fault of the hotel there is a large foul black water canal that is basically an open sewer. This could be smelt in the hotel. When we checked out they said.. “everything is ok” meaning we didn’t destroy or steal anything. How about “How was your stay?”. ….felt like we were leaving a police station. It’s a good hotel for Muslim guests as there is no bacon or ham only processed chicken products. Our stay was like two stays, first time and last time.

We really liked the location of this hotel but not much else. My boyfriend and I stayed here for six nights and the bed was as hard as a rock. The bed was so uncomfortable that by the end of our stay we both had back and neck pain. Another strange thing was when they would come clean our room we were left with no clean towels and no toilet paper. On several occasions I had to ask the lobby for more toilet paper, new towels, and hand soap as there was none when we arrived. Very strange.

Lovely Stay

I had a really nice stay here. Great location, 5-10 mins walk to the beach, markets and all the shops. Seven Eleven only 2 mins away. Staff very friendly, they helped me book my bus to Karon. My room was cleaned each day, great WiFi, they provide you with two beach towels and an umbrella. No English TV channels though but thr excellent WiFi makes up for it. The pool was great the slide is so much fun. Breakfast was nice and varied each day. Come after 09:30 and it's not busy. Only negatives were the noise of the other guests in the mornings at 06:30 screaming and banging on the door the hotel staff should do something abiut this.
