If there’s a will, there’s a way

A “gentleman” at the reception( could be the owner) has a really bad attitude... was not friendly at all. Long story short, if there’s a will, there’s a way... he clearly is not familiar with that. Ladies at the breakfast were amazingly kind and friendly. They made us feel like home. Pro: Nice view Clean studio Amazing interior design and folk, mellow music during breakfast Delicious buffet breakfast Super friendly ladies who were serving breakfast Store nearby You need a car Con: Shared balcony Smell of the water is unbearable(apparently the whole Koscielisko area was suffering from ground water pollution last year and effects are still visible) Reception is located elsewhere... ask for directions before getting there as the sing with its location is written in Polish. Overall, pleasant experience.

Comfortable but a terrible welcome experience

2 access roads ..even with LR 4wd we got stuck for 1 hour. Neighbour helped... not the hotel..should have been advised which road to take. Then stood in cold as there is no on site check in had to call owner would not come to check us In unless we had cash another 15 minute wait and another phone call . Eventually took card. Totally disinterested welcome.. facilities good and morning staff pleasant. Would never recommend . No appilogies. It is not the guest responsibility to provide basic customer service

bonne chambre mais organisation problématique

L'adresse indiquée sur le site est juste pour le logement, mais un petit panneau situé sur la façade, écrit uniquement en polonais, indique une autre adresse à 1.6km pour aller chercher les clés. Et là, ils n'ont pas trouvé de suite ma réservation, et mit 20 minutes à retrouver le mail de réservation qui confirmait que j'avais bien réservé. Pour le reste, les chambres sont convenables mais les photos ont été photoshopees, donc c'est légèrement différent en ressenti une fois sur place.

Sauberes App. aber sonst...

Das App. war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber! Der Balkon mit Bergblick war eher ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Parkplatz mit oben ein bisschen Berg (Erdgeschoß). Dann parkten direkt vor unserem Balkon öfter grössere Vans, so dass wir dann nur noch einen Blick auf die Autos hatten. Die Vermieter kümmerten sich hierum überhaupt nicht, im Gegenteil der Lieferwagen wurde dort auch öfter abgestellt. Dann waren offensichtlich zu wenig Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir wurden so zugeparkt, dass wir unser Auto nicht mehr benutzen konnten. Der Vermieter tat nichts! In nächster Nähe befanden sich zwei aktive Baustellen mit entsprechendem Lärm (Kettensägen, Kreissägen etc.) Von Ruhe in den Bergen war irgendwie nichts zu spüren. In der Beschreibung stand TV Satellitenempfang. Dieser war nicht vorhanden. Lediglich ein Empfang über die normale Antenne mit nur polnischen Programmen war möglich. Zusammengefasst ein ganz nettes sehr sauberes App., aber die Begleitumstände waren doch nicht sehr urlaubsfördernd (wirklich schrecklicher Baulärm!!). Dafür ist der Preis zu hoch und die Beschreibung nicht so zutreffend. Ganz sicher nicht empfehlenswert!!!!!!
