古いホテルですが、その分室内は広く、トイレ、洗面台、ユニットバスが別々なのも使いやすかったです。 湖の目の前なので景色が最高に美しいです。 間接照明しかなく室内の照明が暗い事、室温の微調整が出来ないことで星４にさせていただきました。 夕飯以降に軽く飲めるバーがあれば良いなあと思いました。

鏡台の下に大きな梅干しの種が落ちているのを発見し、掃除が行き届いてないのかなぁと感じました。また、1台しかない自販機が壊れており、天候も悪い時期で、外へ飲み物を買う事も出来ず困りました。 朝食時に利用したレストランでは、十和田湖が見晴らせてゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました。 チェックイン前にホテル周辺を散歩して過ごすのもマルでした。神社は苔生していて

トイレにタオルがない。 朝食会場に黙食の掲示がない。 マスクなしで大声で話している人に注意してくれるようお願いしましたが、聞いていただけなかった。あまりに酷くて、途中で退席しました。コロナ感染危険大です。 内容も業務用食品を並べただけ。 近くに飲食店がほてんどなく、宿泊する方は、夕食付きにした方がいいとおもいますが、大声で話しす客も放置なのでコロナ感染の危険大です。

建物自体は古い感じですがとてもキレイに保たれています。何よりロケーションが素晴らしくラウンジ、食事をするところ、そして部屋からと常に湖が見えホテルから湖までの空間が美しく景色を常に楽しめました。奥入瀬渓流へ行くことが今回の目的だったのでそちら側へもアクセスしやすく便利でした。残念ポイントは大浴場やサウナに敷いてあるタオルが交換されておらずオープンの時間に行っても男女各エリア共に濡れていたりしてちょっと気持ちが悪いかなと。清潔さにおいてそこだけがマイナスポイントですが総じて料金と比較して納得のいく滞在になりました。あのエリアを再度訪れることがあればコスパも良いしまた宿泊したいと思います。

古めだが快適

清掃は行き届いており備品も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。設備が古いものもあるのは否めませんので、人によっては気にされるかもしれません。 お風呂は内風呂。露天なしは仕方ないとして、外（空）が見える窓があってもいいのにとは思います。 食事は普通においしいといった感じ。山の中のホテルなのだから海の幸を無理に出さなくても？という気はします。きりたんぽが出ました。 カウンタースタッフは若い方でしたが、対応もスムーズで好感触でした。頑張ってほしいと思います。

全体的に良かったです

全体の清潔さや、食事も大変美味しかったです。 1つだけ言うならば、大浴場の洗い場のお湯の温度が上がらない、水圧が弱い所があり、他の所に移動して洗いました。 それ以外は、超満足でした。

この季節、日中の暑い時間帯でも暖房になってしまいます。 温泉は露天風呂が無いのが残念ですが、トータルでは良いと思います。 自身、3回目の宿泊になります。湖畔でゆっくりした過ごし方が好きです。
