I chose this hotel due to its convenient location and good reviews. Also breakfast was included so it was a plus and tea was available 24h. Housekeeping came every day which was great. However few issues happened throughout my stay that cannot be acceptable, moreover the hotel is advertised as 3 stars. First, the door is supposed to be locked automatically when closed. Everything was ok until the second day when I came back and discovered the door was open. When I asked to check it, they showed me that if I used keycard few times eventually it’d get locked. This issue was never resolved, and I had to keep locking the door many times so it would close. Secondly, the internet was barely working, there was no fridge in the room, the door didn’t lock from the inside and TV wasn’t turning on. I asked twice to change the batteries in the remote but nothing changed. Also some inexpensive items from the room were missing after housekeeping visit and the reply from the day shift receptionist was that the hotel wasn’t responsible for our personal items in the room. Luckily it wasn’t more than 15$ but safety in this hotel was very questionable, since apparently anyone can take your things from the room and the hotel won’t take any responsibility. None of the day shift receptionists spoke English, and only the night shift receptionist Shukru did which made me wonder why he wasn’t working day shift instead, that would be more helpful. The room was very simple but that was ok for me.

I liked how relatively close it was to the bus stops and the beach. The check-in was fast and easy. Breakfast was simple yet sufficient and the best thing was definitely the coffee machine with a nice lounge/dining area. I loved the elevator because it made it easy with the bags. The room was spacious and comfortable for working and sleeping. The staff was helpful enough, they even gave me the sunny side room as I requested when booking but definitely not talkative or very willing to talk to you. I didn't like the automatic door locks - the card I had was super glitchy and i constantly had to spend 3-4 minutes trying to put it at the right level of the door handle. I also didn't like water pressure in the shower. I was in a room on the 4th floor and it was impossible to wash my hair in the shower as the water was not strong enough unless it's cold water.

The room was big enough, had everything we needed, near the beach 500 m by walking, breakfast buffet a lot of variety of food. The only thing I didn’t like was cleanliness, was not clean enough and some furniture very old. In general for the price was convenient

Çok berbat bir yer, odanın resmi ile oda da aynı değildi. Çift kişilik yatak altında tekli baza vardı resimde de göstereceğim. Tüm gece her yerden su sesi geldi yalıtımı çok kötü eşyalar çok eski. Diğer odaların banyo klozet sesi odanızda. Banyodaki duş başlığı az su akıtıyor ses çıkarıyor aşırı eski. Sıcak su sorunu var. Klima kumandası bir yerde asılı ve kilitli olduğu için oda ısısını ayarlayamıyorsunuz istediğiniz gibi. ve klima tam yattığınız hizada olduğu için çok rahatsız edici direk başınıza gelen konumda. Oda sadece yataktan oluşuyor.

Temizlik çok iyi , sabah kahvaltısı çeşitli ve lezzetli ayrıca gün boyunca ücretsiz çay ve kahve içebilirsiniz. Çalışanların tavırları gayet iyi yardımseverler , otelin konumu çok iyi Konyaaltı plaja yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Yine otele yakın mesafeden Beldibi, Göynük, Kemer otobüsleri geçiyor. Karşılaştığım bazı aksaklıklar şunlar; odamda buzdolabı ve su yoktu bu durumu resepsiyona söylediğimde bana restorandaki buzdolabının ortak kullanıldığını dolayısıyla onu kullanabileceğim söylendi. Suyu ise oda numaramı söyleyerek günde bir adet alabileceğimi belirttiler. Böyle bir şeyle ilk defa karşılaştım.

Es war toll! Die Mitarbeiter sind herzlich interessiert und sehr hilfsbereit. Normales aber gutes Frühstück, Kübras Omlet sehr lecker! Das Negative: sehr sehr unbequeme Betten, Matratze ist durchgelegen. Zimmer sehr einfach und klein. Wir würden aber nur wegen der Familenfreundlichkeit wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank!
