Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und die Lage ist wirklich gut. Man ist allerdings auf ein Auto angewiesen, um überall hinzukommen. Einige Dinge müssen wir jedoch ansprechen.- die Übergabe des Schlüssels war super und einfach- das Bad hat sehr streng nach Chlor gerochen, das war super unangenehm, gerade mit Kind nicht sehr optimal- die Ausstattung der Küche ist i.O., da gab es kaum Dinge, die gefehlt haben (Pfanne war allerdings schon arg verkratzt)- die Waschmaschine ist eine Zumutung, diese schimmelte, dazu waren noch fremde Haare in der Trommel- sauber ja, aber es gab viele Stellen, wo Nachholbedarf wäre (Scheiben bei den Geschirrschränken waren fettig, Staubelefanten, Staubfäden)- die Wände sehr kahl (vielleicht schöne Bilder?) - der Herd ist alt, abgenutzt, es fehlen Teile- der Backofen ist auf den ersten Blick relativ in Ordnung, aber Blech und Gitter sind schon arg verschmutzt- die Duschvorhanghalterung wurde nur mit Kabelbindern befestigt, da gibt es sicher eine schönere Lösung- Möbel alt und teilweise massiv abgenutzt- absolutes NoGo: keine Fliegengitter- Decken/Wände teilweise verschmutzt- der Garten war sehr ungepflegtIch kann hier leider nicht so viel schreiben, sonst wäre es etwas ausführlicher. Die Miteigentümer, die wirklich total nett waren, waren zur gleichen Zeit dort und haben den Garten dann auch wieder etwas hergerichtet. Die FeWo hat super Potenzial und ist schön, allerdings müsste aus unserer Sicht auch von innen vieles erneuert werden.

Wir haben uns im Haus und in dem Ort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten.

Der Weg zum Strand war gut zu fahren. Es war angenehm dort.Es gab die Möglichkeit, frisches Obst und Gemüse zu kaufen um es in der großzügig hergerichteten Küche zuzubereiten.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen einschließlich des Beetes mit Kräutern und der Möglichkeit zu sonnen.Vielen Dank!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Garten

Wir und unsere Hündin haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation,Check In und Check Out waren mit Angelika herzlich und total unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und alles in ausreichender Form vorhanden, der eingezäunte Garten ist für Urlauber mit Hunden oder Kindern ideal. Die Ostsee mit dem tollen Strand ist in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Hübsch eingerichtetes Haus, viel Platz... und nette Gastgeber... ein wenig abseits vom Strandmassentourimus, aber mit dem Auto ist man super schnell am Strand oder in Kolberg...

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Für eine Familie mit Hunden genau das richtige Grundstück. Auch für unsere Mädels 16 und 17 war es ein gelungener Urlaub.Abends gab es Federballmaches zu viert mit dem vorhandenen Netz im großen Garten..ein Mortz Spaß war garantiert.Weg zum unglaublich schönen,breiten fast menschenleeren Strand ist mit dem Auto oder auch Rad vollkommen ok.Verschiedenste Aktivitäten sind vom Haus aus in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar.Eine Kanutour nur empfehlenswert.Die polnische Ostsee ist um so vieles schöner als die deutsche Ostsee...bei weitem nicht so überlaufen und viel sauberer.Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Super Ferienwohnung!

Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Lage und ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Empfang und Service waren wunderbar. Unweit von der Wohnung ist ein schöner Naturstrand, der für lange Strandspaziergänge mit Hund perfekt geeignet ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Kolberg sind in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt, ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Entspannte Tage an der Ostsee

Nah am wunderschönen Strand, super sauber, toll für Hundefreunde

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in vollsten Zügen genossen! Wir haben spontan gebucht und waren überrascht, wie schnell wir von Berlin aus dort waren. Heinz` Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, dazu super sauber. So soll`s sein! Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt und die Tage perfekt nutzen können – zumal der wunderschöne Strand gleich um die Ecke ist. Super auch für Hundehalter!
