We enjoyed the location and it was easy to find. Communication once we were staying there was good with the management. But leading up to it the communication was all over the place meaning it was multiple emails, texts and website references. That needs to be more concise. I don't appreciate text messages that tell me to go look at a previous email especially when trying to navigate in a new place in real time. Just give the main information in bullet-points so it's always at the forefront of communication with guests. Address, Key Code, Parking instructions. I realize there is a lot of suggestions for what to do that maybe helpful, but it's irritating to sort through which email or text is important information or just adds. The kitchen needs more basics like forks, pans and normal kitchenware. Otherwise you'll have to spend more time cleaning like we had to do because of the limited amount of kitchenware. The condo was clean but smelled somewhat like damp moldy air.
