Unit 2C

The property was lovely. The actual condo was beautiful. The one thing lacking was the air conditioning. It would work briefly, then maintenance had to come in. It would work for a bit then go off. Bedrooms were heating up to 88°. Terrible for sleeping. Maintenance men were so kind and so apologetic. This condo needs a new air conditioning unit. Clearly. They also said this was a known issue. Why is it being rented with faulty air conditioning?

Hotel luxury feeling with amenities of house

Was set up to walk in and feel like a hotel. Soaps and lotions in all baths, spacious rooms. Our portacot could have even fit in the master closet. Pool was great for kids and you can walk to the closest shopping center. Great deck for afternoon family time.

Beautiful island condo

Excellent location on south shore of Kauai. We have stayed multiple times in the Pili Mai complex and love it. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. Ample space for family with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Our teens loved the extra space and pool area. Beautiful Mountain view from lanai. Rental agency is very attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

Great place, but the beds

Overall a great stay, great place, good location, close to the pool, plenty of room for 6 of us. But the bed in the master bedroom was much too firm and a bit lumpy. I started sleeping on the couch. Pillows were also lumpy and flat. Unfortunately the poor quality sleep impacted my vacation. The guest bedroom beds were ok, no complaints from those guests. Kitchen pots, pans and knives were in rough shape, but no worse than other places we’ve stayed.

Excellent property! Clean, great lanai with mountain views, and the AC kept the condo cool. Beach goodies in the garage was a huge plus and great communication with property management company. Will plan to stay again in the future.

Family vacation

Check in process was quick and easy. Good location. Unit was close to pool. Only 2 issues: front bedroom with king bed would get hot even with ac. Vents were open. Guest who slept there just had to deal with it. Second: stools are needed in the kitchen. Middle island in kitchen is where everyone would socialize. Just needed somewhere to sit

Perfect place for a family

Great Property and Location

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. The pool area was very relaxing and everyone was super nice. It is located by the golf course and Poipu Shopping Center, which had many restraints to try. We are planning another vacation to Kauai next year and will definitely stay at this property again.

A Little Bit of Paradise

Nicely appointed condominium with plenty of room for 6 adults. Enjoyed our stay. Could have used more coffee mugs and flatware. There is a gap in the flooring in the kitchen and entry way that poses a tripping hazard for seniors. The front bedroom air conditioning is such that ancillary fans are needed to keep the temperature reasonable for sleeping. The proprietary coffee blend is divine. : ) We would come back!

Fabulous Stay at #02C Pili Mai

What a wonderful place; perfect for our needs! The condo is even nicer than the web pictures and had everything we needed for a most excellent stay. The kitchen was incredibly well supplied for cooking which was most appreciated since we ate in for most meals. It was also conveniently located to access shops and restaurants, and is a very short drive to the beach. The procedures for check in and out couldn't have been easier. Mahalo for a fabulous stay!

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. It was well stocked and also had a lot of beach gear as well. It was close to the pool and it was just a short drive to get to the beach. There were shops and restaurants close by as well. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay!!

Everything thing about this resort was perfect, we don’t have one complaint! The condo was beautiful and more importantly the air conditioning worked great! It has central air conditioning, not mini split units as some of the older condos do. I would highly recommend this property. It is even prettier than the pictures. This condo is in close walking distance to the swimming pool and a short drive to Poipu beach, which you could technically walk to, but we chose not to. Absolutely would stay here again! We loved it! Mahalo

Beautiful condo & property, very quiet area except for the morning wake up rooster calls. The condo has everything you would need for a stay & any beach day. On our arrival the inside lights were on & the tv was on to the local stores, entertainment & activities. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bath products smelled so good. Great Location

The property was a great size for three couples. We all had our space and then lots of communal areas, too. Beds are comfy, kitchen fully loaded with all the utensils, pans, blender, etc you could want and nice appliances too. Loved Poipu. Easy walk to beach but we would often drive to haul our beach stuff. Great restaurants nearby. Easy access into Lihue and points North. Few minor issues with the floor gaps, temp hotter in front of condo and cooler in back, but nothing major. Pool is great, but runs on the cool side. Cleanest grills around! Thanks for a lovely stay!
