Poipu Stay

Location was excellent, easy walk to beaches. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was that we had an issue with one of the bathtubs that we notified the property manager about and it did not get fixed during our stay. Fortunately there was a second bathtub that we were able to use, so it did not have a big impact on our stay.

Mahalo Kauai!

We had a wonderful trip to Kauai although a little too short. We were so close to the beaches and loved wandering over every day to check out the seals and turtles. And so easy to stock up on staples at the local grocer and better yet finding some great eats close by or in Koloa ( shout out to Kickshaws for best burger, katsu dog and hot totty) or for great coffee in Lawai ( the folks at Kind Coffee are awesome!) The property was well equipped and so comfortable-we would be happy to return for a longer stay. ( i left some walking sticks at the property for anyone that might need during a hike.enjoy. 😀) Thanks to everyone who made our stay so spectacular.

Great big condo close to everything

Loved this vrbo. Had been to Poipu before and stayed at Sheraton which is a short walk from the condo-so much more space and more economical- Literally walk out the door to Brennecke’s beach and then just another 100 yards to poipu beach. Stayed here with my 17 yo daughter and her best friend and great for them to have their own room and bathroom-and bonus upstairs bath. Parrish property management very communicative and immediately helpful on day one with a troubling shower faucet. We rented a car to explore the island but if you are just hanging in poipu it’s not Needed. Would highly recommend this unit. Huge light upstairs, AC, beach chairs, tennis rackets and balls, snorkel masks, and beach umbrella - with wagon to carry all! (Beach stuff not people!)

This property was perfect! Steps from the ocean, safe, clean, quiet, had all the kitchen items we needed. Beach towels, boogie boards, beach wagon and beach tent provided. Great location for access to the perfect beach for our family. Appreciated having Safeway deliver groceries to us.

Overall very comfortable but requires repair to garberator. Outdated bathrooms and in need of repair to cabinets. Lovely furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas. Lots of updates obviously have been done. Ongoing process in a humid beach environment.

The condo itself was nice. The bathrooms were in need of updating. The heat without air conditioning was NOT tolerable. All the windows and doors were kept open, but there was no breeze that would cool down the condo especially at night.

My husband and I stayed in this unit on our honeymoon from March 15-20, 2018. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Many hours were spent on the lanai enjoying the lovely landscape and the many birds. The ocean was a short walk away and we were able to see many turtles. The beach is also within walking distance with great snorkeling and monk seals! We loved the island of Kauai and loved staying at Nihi Kai. The staff from Parrish Collection were helpful and very friendly. We will be back!
