初めて利用し3泊しました。建物は新築のような綺麗さでした。1階が和室やベットルームで２階がキッチン、風呂、リビングです。リビングのテレビはNetflix見放題で雨の日は特にお世話になりました。途中ログインできなくなった時にも、メールで素早く対応していただきました。フリーWiFiも問題なく、滞在中快適にzoomで仕事ができました。河口湖駅からも歩いて行けるので、車がなくても不便さはあまり感じませんでした。すぐ近くにコンビニがあり、少し歩くと綿半というスーパーもあるので、環境としても過ごしやすいと思います。 気になった点としては、窓を開けていると近くの電車の信号機と電車と車の走行音が聞こえることでしたが、窓を閉めれば全く問題なく過ごせました。電車が通った時の揺れは最初は少し気になりました。 また機会があれば利用したいです。
