What I liked: - Staff were super friendly and helpful! - Room was clean - Fresh towels provided daily Areas that could be improved: - Aircon had a musty smell - Limited parking and it was very difficult to find alternatives around the hotel - Washing machines were always full because there are only 3 for the whole hotel, would have been nice if they provided laundry services

My friends and I total of eight people. We booked three communal rooms and two single rooms. Check-in was chaotic, Self-service check-in is required; requests to have staff process the check-in at the reception desk were refused, but Japanese guests were able to check in at the reception desk. room assignments were messed up, single rooms were mistakenly assigned to couple and double room were mistakenly assigned to single rooms check-in took an hour. I would never recommend it to a friend.

We came with bicycles and the parking area was very safe. Breakfast had a huge variety with many healthy options. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights .It was so nice after a week in henro houses.

Comfortable Comfort Hotel in Kochi

Enjoyed our stay in Kochi, the room was a good size and comfortable with very convenient parking. When not driving, the train station was also within walking distance. We also enjoyed the buffet and machine with free coffee and tea. We recommend this hotel for your stay in Kochi!
