I'll be back

Check in was OK although we arrived early they couldn't give us a room till 1300. Room was nice 50 meters from the beach (C22) 25 meters from the pool that was under heavy renovation and closed, we were able to use an alternate pool during our 7 nights stay, gym was good, hotel restaurant was awesome at sunset, food tasty and they have a nightly fire show . Morning breakfast was very good plenty of options that was replenished all constantly, overall a very pleasant experience

Beautiful resort

Amazing value. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms. 5* service. A+ location. Pool area under construction, but ocean is right there and the walk to the other resort pool is easy-peasy. The only negative was there was no cold shower option. The low was still too warm for my Thai wife.

The hotel is on the beach and other dining options are available. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced and also on the beach with good food. The beach allows you to walk out 1/2 kilometre and still be chest deep and the water is warm. As a nice touch an independent 7-11 style store is on the property providing inexpensive beers, spirits, snacks, and lots more. A nice deck overlooks a pond which is stocked with fish and the bed is comfortable. The buffet breakfast is nice and has both an eggs and noodle station and lots of variety. The only negative is that the staff understanding of English is a bit weak causing our transport to drop us off at the wrong airport requiring a 800 bth cab ride.

More variety is needed at breakfast. Same choices often served daily. I got bored of eating the same food. And food that should have been warm, like mixed boiled vegetables or curried chicken was always cold.

About the resort

Hotel location is very good points I would like to high light need to renovate rooms very old balcony windows must be replaced smell coming out of the toilet need to do something about it otherwise resort have wonderful beach space area. I would love to come back again to this resort hope they take my feed back positively.

Perfect end to our holiday

We stayed here for one night from Sunday to Monday and had a really comfortable stay. The location is perfect and the beach amazing with crystal clear water and white sand. Not far to bars and restaurants in the evening. The breakfast was great as well, and my husband had the best seafood fried rice in his life (which says a lot since he's Thai haha)

Great place to stay

The staff here where amazing. We live in Thailand and trying to learn Thai the staff helped us and took time to practice with us. The food was really good and the resort is great. The hotel is in a great location and very central for things to do around the island. I would definitely go back.

This was a good value resort. The pluses are the location (at a beach and easily accessible to other beaches),the gym which was adequate for my purposes, and a decent breakfast. Difficult to get hot water shower in the evening. Just outside the resort is a very good American restaurant that has a wonderful Tex Mex selection. Across the street is a used bookstore with loads of titles in many languages and a good crime/mystery section in English.

Yes, it is really on the beach with amazing sunset

The resort is on the beach with a great sunset! The only downside for me was that there were a lot of families with kids the days I was there and I didn't want to stay in a family focused resort. The resort is big enough that you can get some privacy though. The breakfast was great. The villas close to the beach seemed to be worth the extra money. Rent motorbikes from across the street at Safetricity Co. Ask for Pu she will give you a great deal.

Very pleasant stay

Travelled with husband, 17 yr old son and 12 yr old daughter. First time to Thailand. The resort was small, which meant it didn’t take long to get to and from anywhere like restaurants, beach or pool. We loved the food served by the pool and in the restaurant and although more expensive than local restaurants, we ate here most nights fore pure convenience. By English standards it was still cheap and very tasty. At this time of year the resort was so quiet. It was steaming hot and the sea water was also. There were also jelly fish in the sea but we didn’t mind as the pool was perfect. I would give this resort 5 stars except that the check in and out was not very efficient t and we were charged for a pool bill which we know we paid but didn’t have proof. Keep receipts (but you will have to ask for one!).
