We stayed here with my family and 80 year-old parents for two nights. What an exceptional property! Close to everything, easy check-in and check-out, superb communication, clean, and beds were so comfy. Will stay here again for sure! Loved it!

Everything was perfect for our "girls weekend". Beautiful location within walking distance to shops and dining. Only one suggestion for improvement would be to add grab bars in the showers. That would make it safer for these old gals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful loft!!!

We were in town for business and throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had three colleagues in this loft and two in another nearby but this place was so inviting and comfortable it was where we all met for our discussions. The owners were extremely responsive, answering our questions in minutes. We will be back!!

The apartment is amazing! Perfect for a football weekend-the kitchen was stocked with all sorts of tailgate serving dishes, coffee and creamer and even a blueberry muffin mix which was so appreciated. We loved the location and hoping to come back!

Our recent trip to Knoxville was even better thanks to the loft’s ideal location—perfect for walking to many great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. Communication from the host was prompt and informative, which made everything even smoother. I’d gladly stay here again on a future visit.

Rarely do I stay at a VRBO that literally looks just like the pictures. We had a great long Easter weekend staying at this wonderful condo in downtown Knoxville. Literally within walking distance of all downtown attractions. We walked daily to Market Square and other places to eat and drink. The apartment was immaculate. It was extremely well stocked and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Everything worked! We stay at VRBOs all the time and this was one of the best if not the best we have ever stayed it. 5 stars and highly recommend!
