Excellent place and located in an up and coming area. Owners are vey attentive and communicate regularly. This was our 2nd time staying here and we plan on doing so again on our next visit to Knoxville!

Debbie and Ken were excellent hosts! We had to reschedule our trip due to weather, and they were more than accommodating. The unit was perfect for my daughter and myself. It was very comfortable and decorated so cute. It was also very clean. We have stayed at several VRBOs in Knoxville, and this was one of the best. Would definitely stay here and rent from Debbie and Ken again!

My 11 year-old son and I made a weekend trip to Knoxville for a Tennessee game (Go Vols!), and this flat was perfect for our stay. It was spotless, and it’s in a convenient location relative to Neyland Stadium. And I greatly appreciated how informative and helpful the flat’s owners were in terms of communicating with me about the check-in process. In sum, this place was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

This is the best short-term rental I've ever stayed at. It's as if the owners said "only if it's good enough for us is it good enough for our guests" It has a contemporary design, lots of light and every detail was high-end (linens, bath products, dishes). We loved its proximity to restaurants, bars and the river. We received a warm, personal welcome and had every question/request quickly responded to. This apartment was a big part of making our visit to Knoxville so delightful!

My best friend and I loved the place! The flat is decorated nicely and was very clean. We were minutes from the Tennessee Theatre where we attend a concert and Market St. where there are shops and places to dine. There is an alley where we could see local wall art as well. Communication was great. Anytime I had a question I received a prompt reply back. This will definitely be our go to place when traveling to Knoxville or surrounding areas.

The rental was perfect for the two of us. Easy access to the area, which has a lot of great restaurants, breweries and bars. Easy Uber to University of Tennessee. It was very clean, and had everything we needed, even some snacks. The only thing was there was a faint smell of campfire smoke. It didn’t impact our enjoyment though.

Lovely Apartment in Knoxville

We really enjoyed our two night stay in this lovely apartment in a fun neighborhood in Knoxville. The apartment was super clean, with wonderful bedding, comfortable bed, and big fluffy towels! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The furnishings were nice including smart TVs in the LR and BR. The Hosts were available, communication was great!

Perfect Location

This was our first time visiting Knoxville and this place was perfect for our weekend trip. The property is located close to downtime but still in a spot that is quiet and no traffic. The flat was spotless, the bed is cozy and the WiFi comm ration was great. We love how there are restaurants close by that you can walk to and downtown is less than 2 miles away. PERFECT rental and the hosts are great, friendly and super responsive. 5 stars!!

This place is really convenient to a lot of downtown locations and things to do. There is a lovely restaurant and brewery across the street we enjoyed walking to for food and drinks. It wasn't noisy or crowded. The space was well laid out and thoughtfully decorated

Perfect for us!

This property was exactly as shown. It was super cute and clean and the sheets were soooo soft!! We wanted to stay on this side of the bridge so the location was ideal. Hi-Wire Brewing is a favorite of ours and to have it literally 10 steps away was amazing. We also appreciated having parking as it can be tough to find in that part of town. We will definitely be back again soon!

Cool loft, good location

The loft was very clean and decorated well. The bed was comfortable. Location was great as many restaurants were walkable. The keyless entry was a little difficult to use. We had to ask the owner to help us use it but he was prompt to respond and help out.

Comfortable, Convenient Apartment

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at this one-bedroom apartment. We were so tired when we arrived that it was wonderful to find it easy to access the apartment and dinner options were within easy walking distance--I'll be eternally grateful to the pizza place just a few minutes away! The apartment itself was beautiful with just the right amount of furniture and kitchen supplies, as well as a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Parking was off-street and the apartment overlooks a lovely community garden. There was also a washer and dryer across the hallway, which was so convenient. We would gladly stay here again!

Quaint and thoughtful

The hosts were extremely communicative and welcoming. Any problem we had they were happy to accommodate. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to the Knoxville area. Not too far from the downtown area and very quiet at night to get a good nights rest.
