Deje atrás el agitado mundo cuando descubra "Sea-U-Later!" en pato Esta casa de 5 dormitorios y 5. 5 baños se encuentra entre robles vivos y ofrece un ambiente privado a un corto paseo del acceso directo a la playa del vecindario de Ocean Crest. La ubicación no solo es perfecta, sino que la casa incluye una piscina recientemente renovada en un patio aislado y también tiene una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha al aire libre. Le encantará la sensación costera, el generoso plano de planta, 3 de las 5 habitaciones son suites principales con TV por cable y cada uno de los 3 niveles tiene un área de salón.

NIVEL SUPERIOR:
Ubicado en el nivel superior hay una gran sala con techo de catedral, una sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana (nota: chimenea de gas no para uso de los huéspedes), comedor (asientos 8), barra de cocina (asientos 4), cocina, mitad Baño, King Master Suite con acceso privado a la terraza, ducha y bañera profunda. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a la terraza superior con mesa de picnic.

NIVEL MEDIO:
Este nivel tiene 1 King Master Suite, 1 Queen Master Suite y un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales que tiene un baño completo en el pasillo. Todas las habitaciones tienen acceso a terrazas cubiertas, orientadas hacia el frente o hacia la parte posterior de la casa. Este nivel también tiene una sala de estar con acceso a la cubierta.

end of summer family get away

we had an enjoyable visit to duck with the whole family, our granddaughter went to the beach fir the first time. she was heaitant about the sand and water but enjoyed the attention and pop up tent. the pool was a hit for all and the adults loved the hot tub. grilling was easy and the location to the beach, the tien of Duck and shipping were great. We would llove to come bsck

Very nice, well-equipped house in an excellent location. Good living space. Couple of hundred yards to a lovely ocean beach (description says no beach chairs or umbrella, but they were there). Pool was clean, good sized, and stocked with pool toys. Gas Grill not especially large but worked well. Furniture was reasonably 'fresh.' "Downtown" Duck is very close. It's 32 steps to the main level, but worth the climb!

Great week at the beach

Overall this was a great property. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out. The kitchen and living area is on the top floor (3 flights of stairs). We had grandparents and that was occasionally a lot for them. The only way to get to the pool was from the ground floor which was not ideal. Again, overall it was a great stay and would recommend it to others.

A wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Duck at Sea -U-Later. The home was lovely with plenty of room for 5 young boys! Our arrival was seamless and the home was well cleaned and organized. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool and hot tub were put to good use! The walk to the beach was easy. We were there during Hurricane Debby but still managed plenty of pool and beach time. Dealing with Paramount

Great location with private backyard

Great house, everything was well thought out and the decor was great. Best part was the back yard/pool. With the trees, you felt secluded. Did not feel as if the neighbors were right on top of you. Trees creTed lots of privacy. Short walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Just a few things to check on before your next rental. There is a mold like odor in a few areas .The kitchen both corner rotating shelves. The extractor fan in the first level master bedroom. Water draining slow from sink in the wash room area. Knob on the cabinet door in wash room. We thoroughly enjoyed the home we would do it again Thank you
