Room is really big and confortable. Fitness room is really poor. Breakfast is the typical one forbthis type of hotel and in US and Canada.Compared to european hotels of this class is really poor The workers on reception as well as on breakfast are really friendly and always ready to help
A wonderful surprise. We checked in late and had the best desk clerk ever, Andrew! What a great representative for Holiday Inn Express! He was very helpful. Or room was very clean. Everything was as detailed as a five star hotel in any big city. The bed and pillows were comfy and the air conditioner worked well. The bath room was very clean, towels were super white. Andrew was there when we checked out before breakfast, and even fixed us two cinnamon rolls to go. I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone!
We checked in late and were up and off early The staff we encountered were excellent. Room was very clean, calm.. next to a gas station with deli and across street from Whataburger... will stay again if our travels take back to that part of Texas.
Stayed here for two nights due to a family funeral. Service was great and the was better than the room I had at Doubletree suites in McAllen, Tx. The location was near the town and restaurants were close as were several fuel stops. The hotel is located right off highway 281 which gives you access to a highway around the town is it is desired. The hotel is only an hour from Mcallen, Tx and the Rio Grande valley.
My wife and I were traveling through the area and made an unplanned stop at this hotel simply because we were tired and decided to stop for the night. We typically travel in a motorhome and hate hotel stays but in this case we were out on a "day trip" and didn't feel like driving the rest of the way to our rv park. What a pleasant surprise the hotel turned out to be. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and the service from everyone was great. We'll be looking to stay at Holiday Inn Express in the future when needed. Thanks especially to the evening desk attendant Norma, who made sure everything in our room was ok and was simply a nice person to work with. That isn't often easy to find in this class of hotel these days.
This room I was in was really nice and clean. The receptionist was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Went to take a shower and closed curtin there was a good size spider in curtin, lord have mercy if that happened to my wife. Shower floor was very slippery.
Another great and comfortable stay in this hotel. I stay there once a month for a one or two day stay and they have all been outstanding. From a very delicious and hearty breakfast to a super clean room which is their norm. Congrats to the staff and housekeepers.
Excellent stay and they all are when I use your hotel in Falfurrias, TX. Stayed there again on 04-18-15 and there is nothing to be disappointed about. It's a very clean, comfortable and above all enjoyable to stay there. Breakfast is outstanding and freshly cooked and plenty of it if so desired. My compliments on having such a fine and dedicated workers who ensure that everything is always very presentable and sparkling clean. Lino Trevino Sr.
We were very pleased with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Lynn at the front desk was very nice and did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is right off 281 south of Falfurrias, TX. A terrific breakfast was served not the packaged Danish some hotels serve. Nice place to stay.
Huge, clean & quiet rooms. A surprise for a small town but big city prices . Our room was over $100 a night. Didn't eat breakfast . Internet worked well. In room micro fridge & coffee. Friendly staff who knew the town.
