Welcome Home! Plenty of room throughout 2600 sq ft, this styles, comfortable and spacious home located in a newer residential area close to dining and shopping. There are 6 beds (4 bedrooms), 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 dining rooms, huge family room. The whole family or group of friends or colleagues can spread out and take time individually when desired, or come together in the living spaces for movie nights
Our home is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay including coffee maker, kettle, full kitchen with plenty of cookware. Located close to plenty of restaurants, you also have the ease of eating out whenever you wish.
Note the exterior is monitored by a security camera and extra guests must be approved in advance. Parties are not tolerated.
Any booking is more than 20 days cleaning fee would be $295
This is a 2600 Sq Ft living space and guests will have the entire house. We allow up to 14 guests (including kids) in our property, however, standard pricing is for up-to
5-9 guests depending on the season. Each additional $35 per night.

Very clean house in quiet neighborhood
The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park.
