FYI (TVA Guidelines): The TVA starts dropping Watts Bar lake levels the first of November. Since the property is in a cove most of the water is gone by the end of November. The TVA will start raising the lake level the beginning of April and will be at full or near full levels by the end of April

This is the perfect getaway. The home has all you need and is very comfortable and clean. And then you have the outdoors! You can sit on the deck, upstairs or downstairs. The lake is a few yards in front of you. We kayaked and read and just quietly enjoyed nature. At the same time, town is not far away if you need anything. Perfect setting. Thanks for sharing your home.
